Sweet egg white omelette 🤗 This meal reminds me so much of prep, except I didn’t have the yoghurt and splash of muesli. Just egg whites and raspberries 😴

#transformationtuesday November 2015 is about the time I started to take my training a bit more seriously and incorporate it as part of my lifestyle. I was training before but not religiously or as structured. I would go in and do what I felt. I avoided lower body because I didn't want my legs and bum to get bigger (LOL🤦🏻‍♀️) because I was blessed with a wide ass but not a nice ass. Success in my eyes back then was seeing my weight drop on the scales and avoiding looking at my body in any way shape or form...anyway 2 years later I am eating more than I ever had previously, enjoying life, feeling good and IMO looking the best I've ever looked. #buildabooty #buildabody #bikini #bikinicompetitor

Butternut Squash Lasagne & Garlic Bread 🥖

I made dis 🤗 and it tasted bloody amazing if I do say so myself... 👉🏻here's how:

For the filling I cooked together •5% lean beef mince
•Onion
•Chopped tinned tomatoes
•Beef Stock & Veg Stock
•Tomato Purée •Garlic
•Paprika
•Mixed Herbs
•Lea & Perrins

For the béchamel sauce, I mixed together some
•Philadelphia Lightest
•10g Cheddar Cheese Sauce
•Lemon Juice

Layered the beef, butternut, beef butternut and béchamel sauce and topped with reduced fat cheese and baked for 45 minutes.
For the garlic bread, I sprayed the mini soda breads with garlic fry light and baked in the oven for 10 minutes.
