Butternut Squash Lasagne & Garlic Bread 🥖
I made dis 🤗 and it tasted bloody amazing if I do say so myself... 👉🏻here's how:
For the filling I cooked together •5% lean beef mince
•Chopped tinned tomatoes
•Beef Stock & Veg Stock
•Tomato Purée •Garlic
•Lea & Perrins
For the béchamel sauce, I mixed together some
•10g Cheddar Cheese Sauce
Layered the beef, butternut, beef butternut and béchamel sauce and topped with reduced fat cheese and baked for 45 minutes.
For the garlic bread, I sprayed the mini soda breads with garlic fry light and baked in the oven for 10 minutes.
