After the holiday, Monday got me dizzy🌀
Ran out the door today with a bunch of dates and almond butter to fuel me for the rest of my night in school 👩🏻‍🍳 What's your favorite on the go snacks?!

Happy Sunday!!! Finally had some time to cook for myself 🙃
If you watch my insta story I did a step by step on how I made my zucchini Pasta 🍝
So easy to make and want to know what the best part is?! It pairs so well with any protein! Goes great with tuna, salmon, chicken, and tofu!
Today I also topped it with avocado and pomegranate seeds and believe it or not it tastes delicious together😋

Rosh Hashanah is approaching and I just want to wish all my clients and followers a happy holiday and an amazing new year to come!

The only pretty thing I made last night ... hey, at least it's something! Long days means the last thing I have time for is cooking for myself🙃But having all my veggies prepped from the being of the week makes it easy to do so! All I had to do was take out my veggies that Were cleaned and prepped and cook them !
I Sautéed these veggies with some avocado oil and balsamic vinegar and Wow! Bursting with fresh flavored and a little crunch from the zucchini😍 Then I just opened up a can of tuna and called it a night😳 -----------------------------------------------------------------

I woke up this morning and realized it's only Tuesday😳 But I pushed myself to get out of bed early and get in a quick workout before I start my day to wake up my mind and give me some natural energy!
I love starting my day with some veggies but some days I only want a sweet breakfast but it's all about balanced.. right?!🤷🏽‍♀️

If you didn't know today Was my first day of school! so between school and clients I have a really busy schedule .... but it's really a blessing to do what you love🙌🏻 When I'm busy and you guys can probably relate, it gets really hard to prepare healthy meals everyday Because I'm either too busy and don't have time or I'm just exhausted and that's the last thing I want to be doing! So hopefully this week I'll be able to show you my meal prep hacks and how to "cook once and eat twice " ! -----------------------------------

It's not easy getting back into a routine since summer is over but Finally getting back into one and it feels good🙌🏻 Ending off my weekend with a tasty sweet salad that makes me feel great and ready for the week to come🌟 ---------------------------------
