Summer season means I grill everything🌟
What's your favorite thing to grill?!

Want to know the secret of never getting tired of veggies?! It's easy! All you have to do is switch it up each week!
Each week I like to think of a new vegetable I think is interesting and want to try out.
It's always fun experimenting with new foods and finding new foods you love! For this week I made okra and mushrooms slowly cooked in tomato sauce and it tasted delish!

Spotlight is on 🌟Hijiki sea vegetable 🌟
Hijiki is a sea vegetable and like most sea vegetables it's packed with essential minerals, vitamin K, iron, calcium, magnesium, iodine and packed with fiber!
Hijiki helps your digestive health, energy levels, bone health and also helps eliminate excess cholesterol from your body!
This seaweed is sooooo tasty and easy to make! It may look a little funny since it's dehydrated but don't be shy and give it a try!! All I did was soak 1/2 Cup of Hijiki in 1/2 Cup cold water for about 30 minutes until the Hijiki soaked up all the water. Then I added 1 tsp sesame oil, about 1 tbsp rice vinegar and a splash of shoyu. Mix well and store in the fridge! Enjoy!

Summer Side Dishes present: 🥕 🌟Spiralized carrots with Dijon lemon dressing 🌟
Do it: I used frozen @traderjoes bag of spiralized carrots, sautéed with olive oil. Once the carrots are cooked take them off the stove and mix with 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, about 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp black pepper, and pinch of salt . Mix well, garnish with parsley flakes and enjoy!

Although my page looks as if I only cook and focus on food, but in reality it's actually the least I talk about with clients. When clients come to me we work on finding the root cause to any food related/ body/ mind problems that are going on in their life. Sometimes we think that our problems are because of what we are eating but truth is , it has very little to do with it and more on what is going on in our lives and our everyday routine. With my clients we focus on self care, self acceptance, self love, and learning about yourself and who you truly are. At the end of the day even with eating all the broccoli in the world , you can't be a healthy person if you're thinking and saying negative things about yourself and others!

These summer recipes are all about flavor, simplicity and easy clean up! Because who wants to sit in the kitchen all summer long😏
Here's a Fun bright string bean salad that everyone can enjoy!
Recipe:
2 pound bag french beans
1 cup baby heirloom tomatoes
1 medium red onion
About 1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar
Salt+Pepper
Olive oil
Directions:
Clean and dry the french beans and add them to a large mixing bowl. Slice your red onion and tomatoes and add them to your bowl. Then add in olive oil , balsamic and salt and pepper. Mix well and pour onto baking tray and bake in the oven at 375*F for about 45 mins until the stringbeans are soft and crispy!
