Weekend situation:
Sweet Potato Fries🍟
How to: Slice the sweet potatoes into about 1’ thick strips and put a generous amount of Avocado oil, cinnamon, salt, pepper and a drizzle of honey - Put them on a baking tray spread out evenly and bake them on 375*F for about 45 mins until they’re crispy on the outside but soft on the inside!

These roasted carrots are everything🙌🏼
The sweetness from the honey plus the crunch from the pistachios makes this dish a winner every time🥕

I believe that cooking is the expression of yourself and who you are🙌🏼
When people ask me how I learned how to cook and what made me become a chef, a lot of thoughts run through my mind. Growing up, the kitchen just gravitated towards me and I would find myself just being in the kitchen for hours experimenting and experimenting! As I got older I realized how I become so creative and free with my cooking is because I had that freedom to do so in my own kitchen every single day.
I want to let you guys know that cooking is a constant growth of learning and creative expression. I believe everyone has that creativity inside of them but you just need the push to start! 🌟 Start off Summer 2018 on a good note! Starting to take small groups for cooking classes, learn how to make summery fun, healthy dishes that will impress all your guests and even yourself😉

Good Morning friends!
Today I am starting my day with these delicious “muffins” and the secret recipe🤫 is in my Instagram story.... so check it out before it’s too late🤣😋
Pro tip: if you make the muffins in advance I leave them in the freezer and heat them up before having them

Hiii👋🏽 Here’s a super easy and delicious recipe that doesn’t take long and doesn’t require many ingredients!
Cauliflower rice topped with cherry tomatoes, onions and mushrooms😋 🌱Just sauté an onion with olive oil until the onion is translucent and add your mushrooms and cherry tomatoes and let the mushrooms cook down and the tomatoes blister and “pop”, season with salt, pepper and fresh basil and top on riced cauliflower🌱

Good morning friends, Running out of my house in the morning means I have no time to concentrate on breakfast so Ill usually grab something quick and easy but nutrition packed as well! I’ve been loving these rice cakes and here’s what I do with them: I take a rice cake and melt @sunspirechocolate chips and spread it on the rice cake then ill add some almond butter and freeze! Breakfast hack: leave a bunch in the freezer and take as you need, Plus they taste even better frozen😋

Weekend recipe treat🙌🏼 Grain-Free Pistachio and Apricot Biscotti:
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup coconut sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
1/4 cup chopped apricots *you can also sub in cranberries, chocolate chips, etc.
Directions: preheat your oven to 350*F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. In a bowl mix together all your dry ingredients then add in your wet ingredients and your add ins. Pour the mixture on to your baking tray and form the mixture into a long log and bake in the oven for about 15-20 mins until it’s golden brown on the outside. Then remove from the oven and slice into 1’ slices and put them back in the oven until toasted.

Crispy “Cheesy” tofu sticks🙌🏼 Easy and simple dinner idea I always make to throw on a salad, grilled veggies or some quinoa!
How to: Pat dry your tofu as well as you can. Cut the tofu into sticks whatever size you prefer or you can cube the tofu. Then coat completely in nutritional yeast and make sure it sticks to the tofu. In a sautee pan heat up enough oil ( I prefer avocado oil for this) to cover the bottom of the pan, once the oil is heated add your tofu and cook for about 2 mins on each side until it’s crispy and golden around the edges! Enjoy!

Sometimes sweet are mandatory after dinner🤣 And I listen to myself and enjoy a little treat that will make me feel great💃🏻
Frozen Stuffed dates with almond butter+dark chocolate=Heaven on earth🙌🏼 Anyone else need something sweet after there meals?! Do you listen to your body and enjoy something sweet or do you ignore those messages?

I love to start my day with fresh fruit to feel refreshed and energized.Fresh fruit gives so many positive benefits to the body unlike conventional breakfast cereals or bars. Fresh fruit contains high levels of fiber, water, vitamins and minerals! The fiber in fruit helps your body metabolize the fruit you eat in an effective way to keep your blood sugar at a steady pace so you don’t get the ups and downs and crashes of energy like sugary breakfast cereals or bars give rather you feel full of energy at a slower steady pace! I love papaya because it’s full of fiber, contains high levels of vitamin C and vitamin A, it has a lower sugar content compared to other fruits, helps improve digestion and also can help ease menstrual pain!
My favorite way to eat papaya is with a squeeze of fresh lime or lemon+ chili spice🔥

Even though the holiday is over it doesn’t stop me from making Almond flour based banana cake🍌- this recipe is definitely going to be a staple in my house😋
