Kale chippin' over here! Homemade kale chips are one of the few preparations of kale that most can get on board with. So easy to make, just fill a sealable container with stemmed, chopped, rinsed and drained kale. Add a little olive oil, dash of salt and any other spices you like. We love a little chili powder and cayenne pepper for a kick. Shake the container to distribute the spices then lay out evenly on a nonstick pan. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
