Last year, @weselectthebest1918 and @firstbookorg donated 2,594 books to FoodCorps schools. At National Orientation this week, FoodCorps members each received three brand-new books to use in their lessons this year!

It’s Day 1 of FoodCorps’ National Orientation! Brand-new and returning service members (all 230 of them) are gathered to learn how to connect kids to healthy food in school. At the end of the week, they’ll scatter to their service sites across the nation.
