Do you own a spiralizer? My house smelt SO good after cooking this up. Lots of garlic in there too, chili powder, crushed red pepper flakes & pink Himalayan Sea Salt. Yum!!

@conca_fitness Made some new motivating friends at #conca💪🏼, they & the atmosphere helped change my routine and get back in"the zone" & my love to teach #spinning🚴🏼‍♀️ #simplyspin along with some #running🏃🏽‍♀️ now swapping that out for a little lifting 🏋🏻‍♀️at home here and there. The biggest change I fixed my relationship with nutrition🍽 as I developed a mindful approach to listening to what my body needs. Helping study for my nutrition certification has been so beneficial! It's all working. You know what's awesome? I no longer have foods on a "bad food" list. Nothing is off limits. I eat #pizza #chocolate #wine #cheese #icecream if I want it. It's balanced living. I'm much happier ☺️ Wednesday is #waistwednesday right?
