#4weeks progress

Here's biggest concern was her midsection and she felt stuck and frustrated for over 10 months. Here's what she said when asked to use her photo's... "Have at it! Crop or don't. Makes no difference to me. (YAY SHE LET ME USE HER FACE πŸ˜†πŸ’ƒ) I'm seriously having so much fun! I'm really interested in bulking come probably Oct through April or so. I'll buy another program at that point. Super excited for these next couple weeks"

My progress photos have been called many things. Fake, photoshopped, different garment, different pose, different person πŸ˜’πŸ˜‚ and as upsetting as it can be to hear I gotta say at the end of the day those of you who think this way are the only ones who are actually affected .... I still got my hard earned body and you will unfortunately not see the progress you wish you could because you simply don't believe you can.... Now I'm not saying there aren't girls who've had work done but there are many who haven't and actually worked for it.... before you jump to cry fake get to know them or stroll along if you don't care enough to do your research.

Still don't believe? well now ask yourself, if it's possible for someone to gain 200lbs, it's possible for someone to lose 200lbs, it's possible for guys & girls to get shredded, it's possible for guys & girls to get muscular but somehow it's not possible for a girl to grow the largest muscle on her body by nourishing her body and targeting those preferred muscles?? Still don't believe? then I'm sorry for your ignorance πŸ™

Here's a perfect example of why it's important to eat and train towards your goals. My nutrition is similar in these 2 photos however I trained differently. If I want to get ripped & vascular I will have to change how I train or eat. I'm not really fond of my before, it was nice to know I can take my body there but it's also okay to stay curvy fit where your a bit more filled out and soft. To each their own ✌ However point of the post EAT TOWARDS YOUR GOALS.😊 Keep in mind that I'm not starving in neither of these photos, if anything I was eating a little more in the before photo bc of how I was training. I get lots of people tell me Florina I don't want to track what I eat! well, let me tell you! You can't out work a bad diet (over or under eating) your nutrition needs to be aligned with your goals.

Are your goals aligned with your nutrition? because that's where the real change is.

I Wanted to post this bc I just had a client who just started her bulk and she's feeling discouraged she's not seeing faster progress. Bulking is not a fast journey with short cuts. It's the same for everyone and every goal which means you need lots of patience and consistency however a bulk specifically takes longer to see progress, you're forcing your muscle to grow so your body compositon can change, just think of wearing braces, its a slow painful process and if you remove those braces your teeth will slowly return to their position so consistency is a MUST.... anything that comes over night can be just as quickly taken away. .

My last photo, I am currently leaning and these other photos where taken during my bulk so im excited to see how far I've come. Fitness journeys aren't easy but then again nothing worth working for comes easy. All goals are achievable but most importantly make sure you're eating towards your goals πŸ˜‹ .
(btw I got a boob job, they didn't come with the gains, also not possible. Sorry! πŸ˜”)
