I don't remember the last time I was this cut it's fun to see The only thing is I do miss my food intake Good thing I'm getting used to finding the foods that I enjoy that get me full. #7weeks #progress

Here is a client in her 50's.
She did have her doubts in the beginning and feared the amount of calories given to her but she trusted and followed the plan.

Energy levels are up, bloat is down and she is seeing less cellulite her 6 weeks are up but she'll be continuing to implement everything she's learned. My plans take the guess work out and get you started, it's up to you to keep going. 😊

We may not be perfect but we are all Limited editions.
There is something that makes each of us special and sometimes that special thing can be perceived as "Conceited" "obsessed" or even "weird" For me it was that I was self centered just because I would take the time to do my makeup and hair. What happen? Before you knew it, I was getting booked for makeup and it became my profession. It wasn't that I was self centered, it was that I had a passion for makeup and beauty. Unfortunately many ppl dont take Action on their goals or give up due to people calling them conceited or selfish. Big lesson here, you only live once make sure you have no regrets, don't allow the nay sayers to be your excuse as to why you never acted on your goals & dreams.
What's one thing holding you back from Acting on your goals?

Okay now before you start beating yourself up about your own progress these photos are about 7 or 8 years apart. I didn't workout at all in my first photo so muscle was pretty much nonexistent. I started working out not too long after this.
True progress takes time, will you see progress during your journey.?.. heck ya and maybe lots of it if your taking all the right steps bc I'm pretty sure I wasted lots of time in the beginning of my journey not knowing what I was doing and making sure what I was doing was aligned with my goals. Eat & train towards your goals!
However you won't completely transform your body till you've put in the hard work & years in it.

#Fitness is a lifestyle, not a short term goal.
Btw yes that is a beer in my hands cleverly concealed with a Styrofoam cup and I have not given up beer or wine 🍺🍷 πŸ˜‹ I'm not an extremist or strict dieter I do however eat towards my goals. 😊

Not so white anymore 😎 I have used self tanner as a teenager like crazy so I learned all the tricks and tips through time but I gotta say they have upped the game since or I got really lucky with this one πŸ€— .

I dont know Maybe a video tutorial?? What do you guys think? If yes, then post any questions about it as well so I can make sure to cover everything. .

#9Weeks bulk journey and this is how it looks. If you see the middle photo, that's what happens when you are bulking your tummy gets a little bigger and your problems areas show up more. THIS IF WHY I ALWAYS SAY GET AS LEAN AS POSSIBLE BEFORE BULKING.But look at the end results, her legs and booty got bigger. These are great results for such a short amount of time but she was determined to gain size. She ate when she didn't want to and sucked it up. That's the hardest part of a bulk eat when you don't want. BUT IT'S ALL ABOUT THOSE GAINS.
