🔥I let the steak come to room temp.
🔥Then lightly rubbed it with oil.
🔥Seasoned steak with #flavorgod Himalayan Salt & Pepper.
🔥Preheated the pan. Get it Nice and hot.
🔥Added the steak to the hot pan and got a proper sear on both sides.
🔥Once seared, added onions and placed the pan with steak in oven on high broil for 2 minutes. Flipped the steak and broiled 2 more minutes.
🔥That's it, let it rest for 10 minutes then ate it 😀

✏️ Homemade Chips: (makes about 10-12 chips depending on how thick you cut them):
Ingredients:
📌 1/2 c. Gluten free flour (I used ottos_cassava_flour)
📌 1/4 c. Melted butter/ghee (I used @omgheebutter)
📌 ¼ c. water
📌 @flavorgod Himalayan Pink Salt & Pink Peppercorn & Taco Tuesday
📌 2-3T @5280meat bacon grease or cooking oil of your choice

Directions:
📝 Mix your flour, 2T melted ghee, Taco Tuesday & water in bowl. Form dough into one ball (you may need to add a bit more water if mixture is too dry) and gently roll out into one large tortilla on wax paper, turning your dough every few rolls and seasoning with Taco Tuesday. On the stovetop (on a griddle or flat pan) cook your tortilla for about 2 minutes per side on medium heat, or until the sides get golden brown. Set aside and let cool. Once cool, cut tortilla into triangle chip shapes.

📝 In a separate pan, add bacon fat/cooking oil on medium heat and place chips in the pan and lightly fry for about 1-2 minutes per side until crisp. Once crisped, remove from pan and immediately season with Himalayan Pink Salt & Pink Peppercorn & Taco Tuesday!

INGREDIENTS
1 Tablespoon olive oil or fat of choice
2 pre-cooked chicken sausages, chopped
About a dozen Brussels sprouts, halved
1 small sweet potato, diced small
1 small apple, diced small
2 eggs
FlavorGod EVERYTHING Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil over in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in the sausages and Brussels sprouts and sprinkle both generously with FlavorGod EVERYTHING Seasoning, plus salt and pepper if needed

Cook until sausage is browned, then remove just the sausage from the pan. Continue cooking the sprouts until they are tender, then remove and set those aside with the sausages

Boil eggs in a saucepan. Pictured were soft-boiled for about 6 minutes

Return skillet to the burner, add more oil if needed, and heat to medium. Add both the diced potatoes and diced apples to the pan. Season with FlavorGod EVERYTHING Seasoning, plus about 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Cover skillet and allow potatoes and apples to steam and cook just until tender, tossing occasionally

ROASTED WHOLE CAULIFLOWER WITH LEMON AND TAHINI

I had this at a restaurant and tried to re create it. I got really close, maybe even better, So good!

Ingredients:
🔪1 large cauliflower, whole,washed
🔪2-3 tbsp. - extra virgin olive oil
🔪#flavorgod S&P ( or sea salt)
🔪1 tbsp- #flavorgod seasoning ( any flavor)

Lemon tahini sauce:
🍋1/2 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
🍋2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
🍋1/2 cup water
🍋6 large garlic cloves, peeled, coarsely chopped
🍋1ts - #flavorgod Pink S&P

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut bottom of the stalk so cauliflower sits flat on baking sheet.
Add 1 tablespoon of sea salt to large deep pot of boiling water on high heat.
2.Submerge cauliflower and boil for approximately 9 minutes.
3.Remove cauliflower from water, drain and place on rimmed baking sheet stalk-side-down to cool for 3 minutes. Pour oil on top of cauliflower and use clean hands to rub oil over entire surface.
4.Sprinkle on 2 pinches of #flavorgod pink S&P or (sea salt).
5.Roast approximately 25-30 minutes, turning as needed for even roasting. If additional browning is needed turn on broiler and broil until nicely browned (watch carefully or it may burn). 6.Prepare lemon tahini sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients together and whisk till blended well.

Assembly
Let cauliflower cool for 5 minutes than:
💥Pour sauce on top of cauliflower and garnish with micro greens and pumpkin seeds. Squeeze lemon juice,
And season with your favorite #flavorgod seasoning. I used spicy!

Ingredients:
❤️4 - tomatillos /husked and rinsed
❤️1/2 - onion / sliced
❤️1/2 - jalapeño
❤️1 tbsp - #flavorgod taco Tuesday seasoning
❤️1/4 cup - chicken broth
❤️Handful - cilantro
❤️5 - garlic cloves
❤️1/2 tsp - #flavorgod Himalayan salt & pepper ( *add to taste)

Directions:
🔥In oven , on broil, blacken tomatillos, onion & jalapeño. Flipping and roasting both sides.
🔥next add roasted tomatillos, onion, jalapeño and rest of ingredients above in blender. Blend till smooth consistency.
🍀NOTE: I refrigerate the sauce and use a day later. The flavors build as sauce sits in fridge.

Ingredients:
1 lb. @5280meat Beef® Hamburger
1T ghee or butter
4T balsamic vinegar
2T @flavorgod Himalayan Pink Salt & Pink Peppercorn
2T @flavorgod Chipotle
2 slices 5280 Pork® Black Pepper Bacon

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, balsamic vinegar (I swear by this ingredient in my burgers, it makes the burgers juicier and tastier than Worcestershire sauce) and Flavor God seasonings. Form up patties (I usually make two big burgers) and in a hot skillet add your ghee or butter and sear the burgers on each side for about 2 minutes each. Then bake your burgers in a 350* oven. Baking time depends on how thick your burgers are, as well as how well done you like your burgers, but for a medium burger bake 8-10 minutes then add your favorite toppings! In addition to our bacon, we added a slice of Colby Jack cheese, guac and caramelized red onion.

🍆1 lb-ground chicken /or turkey
🍆1-eggplant cut into 1/2" rounds
🍆2 Tbsp-sun-dried tomatoes/chopped
🍆2 tbsp-yellow peppers /fine dice
🍆2 tsp. - minced garlic
🍆1/2 cup -baby spinach leaves/chopped
🍆2 tbsp-spinach leaves
🍆2 tbsp- feta cheese /crumbled
🍆1 - Roma tomato / sliced into 1/4"
🍆1/4 cup - red onions /sliced rounds
🍆2 tbsp-#flavorgod seasoning
🍆1 tsp-#flavorgod pink Salt&Pepper
🍆2 tbsp- pesto sauce (recipe further down my Instagram page)
🍆2-3 tbsp- olive oil

DIRECTIONS:
✅In a bowl combine the chicken, garlic, spinach, peppers, sundried tomatoes, #flavorgod seasoning and #flavorgod pink s&p.
✅Make patties about 2 inches wide.
✅Heat skillet on medium high heat with olive oil and cook chicken patties on both side about 3 min each side. Set aside.
✅Add more olive oil to pan sear eggplant rounds about 2 minutes each side.
✅Layer eggplant slider in this order:
Eggplant on bottom, spinach, chicken patty, pesto, tomato, feta cheese, red onion and eggplant round on top

1 tbsp of bbq sauce
1 slice of cooked bacon, chopped

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place flatbread smooth surface down on a baking sheet. Spread bbq sauce on the base of the naan. Sprinkle cheese and crack open eggs on flatbread. Add bacon and season with #FlavorGod Ranch Seasoning and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.

Directions:

💥I pan seared the chicken on both sides. Once I have good color on both sides.
-
💥Than Remove chicken from pan.
-
💥Than pan still hot, I added mushrooms and garlic, (and some more oil if needed)
Sautéed mushrooms until they are soft.
-
💥Add tomatoes, still on medium/high heat. Sauté ingredients for few more minutes.
💥Next add baby Kale, chicken broth.
Add chicken back to pan.
And finish in the oven at 400* Fahrenheit for 35 minutes.
