Ingredients:
💎1 1/2 pounds - Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and top leaves removed
💎3 tablespoons - olive oil
💎1 teaspoon - #Flavorgod pink salt & pepper
💎 1-2 tablespoon - #flavorgod buffalo

Directions:
📗Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
📗Place trimmed Brussels sprouts, olive oil, flavorgod pink salt & pepper in a large bowl. Mix well to coat. Pour onto a baking sheet, and place on center oven rack.
📗Roast in preheated oven for 25 to minutes.
📗Season finished Sprouts with buffalo seasoning.

These are quail eggs but the recipe I wrote below is for regular deviled eggs with chicken eggs.

No mayo in this recipe.

Ingredients:
🍳6 eggs (cooked egg yoke will be added to filling
🍳 1 tbsp - mustard
🍳 2 tbsp - lemon juice
🍳 2 tbsp - olive oil
🍳 1 tbsp- #flavorgod seasoning (any flavor)
🍳 1/4 tsp- sea salt or #flavorgod pink S&P

Directions:
1. Hard boil eggs
2. Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise
3. In food processor combine: egg yolk, olive oil, 1/2 flavorgod , lemon juice,salt, mustard. Blend till smooth consistency.
4. Fill eggs with filling and refrigerate. Once serving ,garnish eggs with #flavorgod seasoning (any flavor, I used Cajun. And garnish with dill or fennel leaf.

Waffle Maker
Spatula
Medium sized skillet
Medium size Kitchen Knife
Cutting Board
Food Processor

Recipe: Gluten Free Waffles
Ingredients:
2- eggs
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup flax seed powder
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup almond milk

For the Savory waffle:
Add 1tbsp. #FlavorGod seasoning to the above ingredients

For the (Sweet Waffle):
Add 1 - banana to the above ingredients
-
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into blender or food processor
2. Blend till smooth consistency
3. Place batter in waffle press
4. Repeat step 3 until all waffles have been cooked
5. Once Waffles are complete place to the side
6. Add your favorite breakfast items to waffles and stack together

1 Sunny Side up Egg
2 pieces Applewood smoked bacon
1/2 avocado
1/2 sliced tomato
1/4 cup spinach
1/2 tbsp. #FlavorGod seasoning

15oz can black beans, rinsed and drained of liquid
1 ripe mango, diced
1 large tomato, diced
1 medium ripe avocado, diced
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/4 c cilantro, packed and chopped
1 lime
FlavorGod Everything, to taste
FlavorGod Sweet & Tangy, to taste
FlavorGod S+P, to taste

Ingredients:
Combine the beans, mango, onion, tomato, cilantro and avocado in a mixing bowl.
Squeeze the juice of the lime and mix.
Add seasonings to taste.
Serve with chips.

Ingredients:
1 whole @5280meat chicken
@flavorgod Himalayan Pink Salt & Pink Peppercorn
¼ c. apple cider vinegar
4-5 c. or more of water (enough to cover chicken and this amount will vary)
Rosemary, Thyme, Cilantro
@melissasproduce veggies (including spiralized zucchini, sliced potato, broccoli and carrots)

Directions:
Chicken & Broth: in a crockpot add chicken, Flavor God (to taste), Rosemary, Thyme and apple cider vinegar. The chicken does not need to be thawed, but cooking times will vary if frozen. Cover chicken completely with water. Cook on low temperature overnight. The chicken should fall off the bone when it is done.

Soup: Remove chicken from broth and strain. De-bone chicken placing aside all the meat. Pour the broth back into the crock pot and add the chicken and all the veggies back into the crock pot. Cook on desired temperature until the veggies are tender. Serve alone, with noodles or over rice.

Ingredients
30 pepperoni slices
13.8oz pizza crust
8 1/2 mozzarella cheese sticks
8oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 teaspoon corn meal
Flour
Olive oil
@flavorgod Pizza

Kitchen equipment
Pizza stone

Directions
1. Preheat pizza stone in the oven at 400 degrees.
2. Flour a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough to about 1/2" thick.
3. Now remove the pizza stone and sprinkle the corn meal on it.
4. Place the pizza dough on the pizza setting stone. Lay the cheese sticks along the edges.
5. Crimp and pinch the edges around the cheese sticks to form a crust.
6. Brush pizza dough with olive oil and and sprinkle @flavorgod Pizza.
7. Next, pour the marinara sauce on and spread evenly up to the crimped edges.
8. Top with mozzarella and then with the pepperoni slices.
9. Bake at 400 degrees for 13 minutes. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes. Slice and enjoy!

I love me a good piece of steak!!😍Tonight I seared a big piece of @5280meat Strip Steak seasoned with @flavorgod S&P Blend and fried in a big scoop of ghee butter in a skillet. Meanwhile, heat oven to 400*F and roast fennel and onion drizzled with oil for about 15 minutes or until softened. When the steak is finished, remove from skillet and add a few pieces of @sizzlefishfit Shrimp until cooked. Toss the shrimp and roasted veggies and serve on side. Top the steak with more ghee butter and season all with @flavorgod S&P and chopped fennel. So good👌🏻

13 oz. sugar cookie mix or pre-made dough
12 oz. vanilla frosting pre-made or homemade
1 box strawberries 16 oz.
1 box blueberries 6 oz.
1 box blackberries 6 oz.
1 box raspberries 6 oz.

Roll out cookie dough on large cookie sheet or pizza pan. This could also work in a cast iron skillet too. Bake the cookie according to directions, which was 8-10 minutes at 350*. Remove from oven and let cool for about 10 minutes and then frost. Assemble your fruit toppings and sprinkle with @flavorgod Chocolate Donut and maybe a little powdered sugar if you wish!

Love sweet potatoes and I love them even more when they're french fries cooked in ghee butter & seasoned with @flavorgod Himalayan pink salt & pink peppercorn and garlic lovers seasoning! Topped it with some guac, tomatoes, onions and our smoked bacon! These were delish.

Ingredients:
▪️1 - large russet potato
▪️Canola oil to coat
▪️@flavorgod Pink Salt & pepper ( #flavorgod S&P)

Garnish with your favorite ingredients

Directions:
▪️Heat oven to 370* degrees and position racks in middle of oven.
▪️Wash potato (or potatoes) thoroughly with a stiff brush and cold running water.
▪️Dry potatoes.
▪️Next using a standard fork poke 10 deep holes all over the spud so that moisture can escape during cooking.
▪️Lightly coat Potato all over with oil.
▪️Sprinkle with #flavorgod S&P.
▪️Place potato directly on rack in middle of oven. Place a baking sheet or piece of tin foil on the lower rack to catch any drippings.
▪️Bake 1 hour or until skin feels crisp but flesh beneath feels soft.
▪️Next create a dotted line from end to end with your fork, then crack the potato open by squeezing the ends towards one another. It will pop right open. ( careful! Steam will come out)
▪️ Garnish with your favorite ingredients.
**If you're cooking more than 1 potato, you'll need to extend the cooking time by 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
Serving size - 1
3 eggs
1/8 tsp FlavorGod Garlic Herb & Salt

Whisk the 3 eggs together and add seasoning.
Heat pan over medium heat.
Spray with cooking spray.
Add egg mixture.
Using a spatula, stir to scramble and fully cook.

Sauce
2 Tbsp sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 tsp FlavorGod No Salt
1/8 tsp FlavorGod Lemon & Garlic
