To answer some of the questions I’ve been receiving via my stories I drink the 6 juices a day but also add two different boosts as well. In just 24 hours I’ve noticed a better nights sleep, increased energy, and I just feel refreshed and in a more peaceful place. [#Throwback] I loved being able to introduce @raisingpeyton to so many amazing boss babes at the @empowhermovement yoga festival! The partnership between @noya_yoga and @dallasfitnessambassadors was a match made in heaven and it was so dope seeing so many different types of yoga and the major dose of girl power from all of the vendors! I absolutely can not wait until next year!
