So many times as a mom, we are so busy that we either skip meals or we grab some junk... which decreases our mood, or energy and neither is healthy. .

The struggle bus was real during today's workout!!! .

I ain't even gonna lie....

Because I woke up at 5am to drive to pick up my son and be home in time for the eclipse, I went to bed late, I lacked energy, I was doing the workout for the first time in a smaller space and my knees were killing me.... I had a hard time! .

So I didn't make it all the way through, I had to stop, but I did the best that I could. So I can't be disappointed in myself. .
.
And I won't be hard on myself, I am gonna listen to my body and rest while I work, shoot maybe I'll even take a nap! 😁
