This program may be challenging, it may be pushing me to the limits that I didn't know were there, I may have cried and screamed and sweated my ass off... .

But this progress in just 2.5 weeks completely blows my mind and makes it all worth it! .

Shift Shop is seriously a game changer and @chrisdowningfitness is more than motivating as he challenges you! .

I will never ever doubt myself before I try something again, I will go all in, head first, because I am making that shift!!!
