Really starting to like training arms nowπŸ˜›πŸ’ͺ🏼

I've been dreading to make this post but @dianeevanessa inspired me to post it! So thank you pretty!😊❀️
These aren't all "progress pictures" but they're pictures of me before and through out my fitness journey so here we go.
1st picture : Summer of 2014 - 110 lbs
Never worked out, ate like crap and drank a lot ALOT of soda. I wasn't over or under weight or unhappy with how I looked just had extremely unhealthy eating habits.
2nd picture : March of 2015 - Roughly 115 lbs By far the most awful picture of me but here I am sharing it with all of IG πŸ˜‚ Still never worked out, ate like shit, got drunk every weekend and this is when I really started to feel unhappy with myself and my body.
3rd picture : Summer 2016 - Around 110 pounds
Here I was doing a lot of cardio, didn't really start lifting yet and I was eating healthy just very small amounts. So basically I was starving myself πŸ˜’
4th picture : December 2016 -138 lbs
This was the heaviest I've ever been. I was lifting everyday, no cardio and I was eating pretty much anything and everything I wanted. So I definitely put on some pounds. Not that thats bad or anything but I just didn't like that look on meπŸ˜‚
5th picture: Last weekend - 126 lbs
Obviously I'm flexing in this picture but this is by far the happiest I've been with my physique. Doing both cardio and lifting and not counting macros, just watching my portions and what I eat.

Best day of the week is the day I train shoulders 😊πŸ’ͺ🏼

Currently weigh 126. That's the lightest I've weighed in MONTHS lol. I've been working my ass off with my diet and training and little by little it's beginning to show!πŸ™ŒπŸΌ
