Ive been extra hard on myself lately which in return has made me perform less than what I know I'm capable of. I'm my own biggest critic and beat myself up after failing at something or not doing as good as I thought I could.
Sometimes you need to sit down and give yourself a pep talk and not be so damn hard on yourself. It's good to push yourself and have high expectations but don't let failure keep you on the ground and let it affect everything else. Use that failure as fuel and push yourself to try again. πŸ’ͺ🏼

Leg day was harder than usual since I tried hitting my PR of 225 and it was not a pretty rep but I still did it. I was disappointed in that set so I pushed myself with the rest of my workout and my toes even hurt so that's a sign that I did good!πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I've been getting asked a lot lately about what my diet looks like so here it is. A full day of eating. My foods look boring cause they are lol, but you gotta do what you gotta do!

1st meal: Egg whites, turkey bacon, maple and brown sugar oatmeal w. dark chocolate chip morsels, and strawberries .
2nd meal: Ground turkey, white rice, spinach
3rd meal: Rice cakes and peanut butter
4th meal: Chicken, white rice and spinach
Post workout meal will be a scoop of protein and a Power Crunch protein bar.

If it was easy everyone would do it. But you don't want to be like everyone else. πŸ€”

Chose not to do anything to my hair today so it looks like I have a bird nest on my head, also managed to get peanut butter not only on my sweater but on my leggings as well. And I'm also wearing black shoes that used to be white. My gym outfit is on point today.πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ
