Upper body circuit by @bethaniefitness bethaniefitness 😍 " I always use to train overly heavy when it came to training upper, but I found that it wasn't the body type I was aiming for so I've mixed it up abit, If you want to do light weight or heavy weight for this circuit you can do which ever one you prefer, I'm using a light weight for this circuit with consistency and 10s rest between each workout. Repeat this 3-4 times to feel it really burn and target all those hard to reach areasπŸ’ͺ🏼This is also good for your core muscles and will definitely give you that upper strength you need without getting too big with light weight #fitonomy
