Out summertime schedule, notice that the thursday 8:30 am class starts today.

To all weight lifters, if you want to work out with the weights. Come to the back door tomorrow morning at 8:30am. Liz Matt Dimond will have an open weights class.

Happy June 1st, it is easier to say you are on a challenge, than to say you are on a diet. I have a challenge for you until the 1st day of summer. You will be surprised how much weight you can lose just doing this.
