This morning I got creative and made chocolate cookies and cream protein pancakes with bacon pieces in and on top😍🥓 Ingredients:
2 scoops of the Lite Protein
1/2 mushed banana🍌
1 slice bacon broken up
1/4 c. egg whites🥚
Stir and cook🍽🥞

I’ve been in a major rut lately. I’ve had no motivation to work out for the past week. Any ideas on how to find motivation ??? Ya girl needs it. I’ve been sick all week so my workouts have been so weak😅 i have had no energy or motivation. I’ve barely lifted, but I’ve pushed through cardio. I’m going to try doing an intense lift of legs tonight & at least 25 minutes of cardio. I did a quick shoulder lift tonight after running 3 miles this morning. I did these lifts along with shoulder press, & lat dumbbell raises💪🏼💦🏃🏼‍♀️
Cable pulls 12x5
Cable lateral raised 8x4
Shoulder press 15x4
Dumbbell lateral raises 10x5
Dumbell front raises 10x5
Cable one arm press 10x5 each arm

Haven’t posted in a hot minute but right now I am making my meals for the week! “Tacos” aka 97/3 ground turkey, with low sodium taco seasoning, and salsa, minus the tortillas. It’s been my go to meal prep for the past couple years. •
It’s super filling, delicious, & tastes just like freaking tacos.🌮 I’m also including baked garlic broccoli as my veggie for the week🥦☺️ •
I’m not going to lie, trying to stay healthy in college has been a challenge. There is always convenient, good, greasy, & sugary food everywhere you go.
