Not a super deep move it seems but when u push out the knees at the bottom the glutes really stretch , this is a huge plus for the glute / ham tie in and a great one for overall hams.
Slow and controlled , feet high and wide , toes out . The toes out are what brings hams in ( my opinion cause I feel the diff ) ..
