The is a video I sent to the coach, doing a little posing in the gym restroom. I am not where I need to be with leanness and posing but I will get there. I am sitting around 174 lbs and we're thinking we'd need to be around 167-165 lbs, we will see. But for the next 8 weeks it will be getting a little tougher Bc the calories are getting lower, but who said getting lean for a bodybuilding show would be easy.
