Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way

And just like that, 25 minutes later my food prep is done! Potatoes - Asparagus - Avocado - Honey Chicken Breast - Brussel Sprouts. It's not hard. It's a choice you have to make to eat clean. Instead of eating crappy cafeteria/mall food and spending more money. Get organized and get healthy!! πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ
