Hey guys ☺️ haven't been very actuve on IG since some months, but tbh 'real life' is quite busy these days i'm going to write exams soon too, so please forgive me 🙈 here is a quick #update about some details:
1⃣ i am back in training since May
2⃣ i do still eat vegan or better say 95%🙇
3⃣ this is my actual shape 👆 not super lean or very muscular, but i try to keep as much muscles and stay toned

#latergram of my breakfast🙉 had typical oatmeal 🍨 topped with raspberries🍇 and raw cacaonibs🍫😍
all you need for the oatmeal:
🔹~1cup Oats (~100g Haferflocken)
🔹~100mL Soy-/Rice-/Almond-/Milk (~100mL Soja-/Reis-/Mandel-/Milch)
🔹pinch of cinnamon (eine Prise Zimt)
🔹2tbsp agave sirup (2TL Agavendicksaft)
optional:
🔹1 tsp flaxseeds (1TL Leinsamen)
🔹1 tsp wheat bran (1TL Weizenkeime)
topping:
🔹fruits of choice (Früchte nach Wahl)
🔹gojiberries, cacaonibs, etc
Mix everything in a bowl and microwave it at 500W for max. 1min + at 900W for 30sec. It can be different setting in your microwave, take a look the oatmeal should not be too thick. Top with whatever you like. (Alles in einer Schüssel vermischen. Dann für max. 1min bei 500W und nochmal 30sec bei 900W in die Mikrowelle. Die Einstellung kann bei eurer Microwelle anders sein, es sollte nicht zu lange sein, sonst wird es fest. Topping nach Wahl.)

#latergram of my breakfast🍴 had cinnamon oatmeal 🍨 topped with gojiberries🍒 and served with fresh mango🍈
all you need for the oatmeal:
