🔥FIX YOUR PUSH-UPS🔥

🙌🏼 The push-ups are probably the most basic and fundamental exercise of bodyweight of training. From a beginner stage to professional athletes; the push-up is a great exercise that you should do.

😩However, the most common mistakes are the ones I’m correcting in the video above. From your head placement, to tilting the pelvis you should think of the push-up as more than just a pushing exercise but a exercise that require you to work your entire body.

⬇️ If you’re new to push-ups I want you to pay extra attention to the (1) head, (2) elbows & (4) pelvis as this will revolutionise your training. You want to perform the each exercise in the most effective way. Would you rather do 20 ‘bad’ push-ups then 10 ‘good’ push-ups?

🤔 Now how many reps should you do? That’s totally up to you but what’s important is how you perform them and you can break it up to for example 20 reps x3 sets, and you can switch it up doing diamonds, incline, decline or wide push-ups. Just make sure that elbow is pointing backwards and breathe throughout. For normal push-ups i’d recommend a phase of breathing in for 2-3s as you go down and 1-2s as you push up. -
