Carbohydrate timing 🍝


A mini cut is an hypo-caloric phase to lose excessive body fat no longer then 6 weeks.
The mini cut is used to boost muscle gain because in a prolonged mass phase we likely put on more fat then muscle because the body in a chronic surplus decrease his response to muscular growth.
After 4/6 weeks muscle are more responsive to nutrient surplus and are more prone to grow
