After a good workout I feel like...

Grocery haul!

Dinner was super yummy! Whole wheat pita with pesto, turkey & tomatoes. 1 carrot cut up & a laughing cow cheese :)

One of my favorite snacks.
Handful of berries with 1 table spoon of almond butter.

Super yummy & simple cookies! Only 2 ingredients needed!! I found this recipe from the amazing @blogilates πŸ’ͺ✨ all you will need is 1 cup of oats & 1 banana you can add raisins or cranberries of you want. Pop in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes 😊 enjoy

Smoothie of the day πŸ’ͺ

1 Cup of spinach
1 Banana
6 Raspberries
4 Blackberries
5 ice cubs so it's cold
And lastly I forgot to take a picture of
the last step but add as much or as little milk as you want. I used a little over half a cup. & enjoy πŸ‘ŒπŸ˜„
