Keeping it real simple with this one. This recipe is under 15 minutes start to finish. Requires one pan which I prefer to use a cast iron skillet. 🍳 🌱 Radicchio is included as it is a great bitter plant. It helps increase bile acid. Bile supports the jobs of the liver and gallbladder + whole digestive system. It naturally aids detoxification without a BS tea or supplement.

It contains vitamin C and Polyphenols such as Lutein + zeaxanthin which reduce inflammation + oxidative stress and lower risk of cell mutations, supports eye health too.
Moderate amounts of potassium needed for optimal blood pressure.

πŸ„ Mushrooms are super low calorie and contain beta glucans which support immune system.

Eggs are mother natures multi vitamin. They are my go to protein source most breakfasts and just got huge delivery from @steweeggs πŸ₯š πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Ingredients:
1 tsp Ghee or use coconut or avocado oil
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Radicchio or other bitters like chicory
3 Eggs

Recipe:
1. Preheat pan to medium and add 1/2 the Ghee.
β €
2. Thinly slice the mushrooms and add to the pan. SautΓ© until wilted around 3 minutes. Remove.
β €
3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and then add the remaining Ghee to pan. Add the eggs and allow to just set before slowly folding in the edge to the middle and repeat clockwise.
β €
4. When cooked 80% through. Turn the heat off.
β €
5. Add the mushrooms back to the pan.
β €
6. Slice the Radicchio + avocado then add to the plate.
β €
7. Season to taste and add any spices + herbs or sprouts for extra flavour.
β €
If you want more calories add some a few more eggs or the other half of avocado.

This is a fat protein focused meal which I personally enjoy in the earlier part of the day. But that’s just me 😎 ~ @livevitae

Grilled chicken tenderloins (seasoned with bragg’s organic sprinkle), steamed broccoli, baked sweet potatoes and a lemon wedge. Sweet potatoes are probably my preferred starchy carb source and roasted on a non-stick baking sheet is my fave way to cook them. I don’t spray them with oil or season them at all. They just caramelise and end up crunchy and sticky at the same time. πŸ˜‹
