TRUTH ~ I pretty much eat to survive LOL! πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ€ͺ But really, truth is I’m not a good food prep’r. My days are so jam packed between being a full time fitness trainer, full time mom, full time wifey that most times I see food as pure survival. That being said I make sure whatever I’m stuffing into my face is healthy, well-rounded and balanced and obviously tastes good! So tonight I’m pile driving carrots, 2 hard boiled eggs and home made vegan pesto into my belly! It did the trick folks... Still ticking! POINT BEING ~ eat clean. Eat healthy. Don’t freak out if you have a meal or even day that is off the healthy train... just get back on it the next day! Oh and eat good fats and keep away from all the highly processed shit out there! It’s not even real food!!!
