Fury Fitness  Trying to get healthy, the nerdiest way possible. SW:314lbs // CW: 286lbs // GW:186lbs // Lost: -28lbs

Lost motivation for a week, but I'm back with tons of veggies and healthful foods. Breakfast is a homemade iced mocha latte, Naked Green Machine smoothie drink and some organic apple slices that were on sale.

Food Diary: Took the weekend off for Valentine's Day fun. Back at it today. No breakfast bc I overslept, but lunch is a honey crisp apple and @eatingwellfrzn Butter Chicken Masala? I think? I can't remember the exact name. Back to adding a salad after I go to the grocery.

Food Diary: I've been consistently eating these Eating Well frozen meals for lunch and loving them. Buuuuutttttt, the inevitable has happened. Found one I DO NOT enjoy. @eatingwellfrzn Gnocchi with garden vegetables is a no go for lunch again. The sauce is good, but I'm not a fan of the gnocchi. If it was chicken, or even a pasta if you need to keep it a vegetarian option, this would be much better.

Edit: I fixed it with leftover breakfast bacon substituted for the gnocchi.

Surprising myself. Gotta seize that urge to cook when it comes. I can cook only very few recipes, and even though this is my dedicated fast food night because we're having company over for board games, I just really wanted to make something. Food Diary: Back to work, and I feel truly blah after the way I ate this weekend. I indulged my cravings too much and put off accountability. Glad to be back at it. Breakfast was a mocha, bagel with cream cheese and cinnamon, and a banana. Here's lunch - @eatingwellfrzn Korean Inspired Beef and a Kroger BLT salad. I have some grapes to snack on later, and I'm trying to up my water consumption.
