Little reminder to myself and anyone else who reads this super long list πŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒ Never underestimate the power of exercise.

And that kind of goes for everyone. I channel this page towards mums (post and antenatal) because one - I've been there and I am there. I know what it's like and two -I know the positive impact exercise can have. I've seen it in myself and I've seen it in other mums.
Get up and get out πŸ™‚ with baby or without, walk, join a buggy class, book yourself into any class spend an hour or three a week on you, working on you and focussing on you. Mind and body.
Best dose of endorphins come from from a good little workout.
But for everyone else, just because you don't have little ones depending on you 24/7 doesn't mean you don't need that same self focus that parents do.

We're all busy, we all have our own goals and ambitions. Life consumes a lot of us a lot of the time - study/exams/ work / family.
Get yourself up out (or in your living room!) and escape the rat race that is London and that is Life,

The absolute best ❀❀

Not sure if it's because I'm slightly hungover, extremely tired or just having an appreciative morning, but feeling soppy and grateful and putting it out there πŸ™ƒ

Sometimes what we call 'real life' and 'reality' can consume us and divert us from remembering what it's really all about. Trying to be the best we can at it all, putting everything as number one on the priority list, working, making time for friends, family, studying, parenting, and trying to be present all at the same time! At the moment I feel like we and everyone around me is non stop. I'm lucky enough to have this young man bring me back to ACTUAL reality. He's my reason ❀hope you find yours. Take a few minutes. Appreciate yourself, and what really matters ❀

This morning we got hot sweaty and strong in our 9am Pilates class and managed to squash in a 45 minute pure weight gym session.
These days with a 1 year old, planned training sessions are pretty much impossible. So myself and himself have to take turns whether it's different days or one after the other. Fitting it in and around a whole new lifestyle isn't hard at all. But long gone are the days of pat partner gym sessions.
