🔹What do you love most about teaching yoga?
- "Celebrating our divine, raw, beautiful humanness in community. I love holding space for others to wake up to their own power and potential. I get to witness real magic everyday as people remember how good it feels to be in their body, to feel at home in themselves and to connect authentically with others."

🔹What inspires you in life? - "Authenticity. Nature. Awakening. Community….I could go on 😉
I am inspired by people who courageously share their stories and inspire others to do the same. I am in love with Nature as the creative and unique expression of life that we are all part of and I want the whole world to take up to this truth and celebrate it in harmony."

🔷Can you share a tip about personal development?
- "One of the most important things when wanting to work with yourself is to prioritize some time alone with yourself everyday. The reason for this is that you need the silence to be able to pay attention to the signals that you receive from your body and soul all the time. Signals that we most often ignore when having an intense lifestyle. So my best tip is to start every morning with some time for yourself. Make sure that you have a space where you can sit without being disturbed. Log out from internet and do not have the radio or the TV on. It has to be silence all around you. Light a candle. Sit down comfortably and just close your eyes. Ask yourself how you feel today; How does your body feel? What kind of emotions are living inside of you right now? What kind of thoughts are running around in your head? Just pay attention to this without judging yourself. Then, ask yourself ”what do I need today?” and when you have an answer inside of you, then ask yourself ”what can I do for myself to meet that need today?” You only have to give yourself 10 minutes of this each morning. I think you can create that time for this. You are worthy these few minutes each day to get in touch with yourself."

🔷What inspires you in life?
- "To meet new people and listen to their life stories. We all have different things happening in our life and also different ways of coping with them. It is an honor for me to work with people brave enough to try to change their lives to become more authentic to themselves. To be more close to their own truth and making choices forward with the goal to create a life they really want to live. I meet them in therapy and also when teaching yin yoga. A lot happens within the soul, both in therapy and in yin yoga, which makes it a dream combination."

You can change your state of mind by changing your body position.
So straight your back because you are important.
Relax your shoulders and neck.
Feel your body, how it sustain you, your lungs providing you with oxygen and heart pumping blood every minute of the day.

🔷What inspires you in life?/What is important for you in life?
- "I'm very easily inspired. I get inspired when I'm in nature, when I'm travelling and talking to people that are open minded and innovative. I think it’s important to be in touch with yourself and in a calm state of mind. Then I can take on life in a much better way."

- "To make a good change in the world."

- "Yoga woke me up. The movements, the breathing, the meditation opened doors inside of me that had been closed for such a long time. The stillness. To dare being alone, to dare be in my own company. To not always run, looking for the next kick. But being present, in the moment, see things as they are."

🔷What motivates you?
- "My drive force today is to spread yoga and meditation as a tool to as many people as possible to help in peoples often so-busy daily life. You could change your thoughts with just a few simple small new habits or yoga positions when you fet stuck. When your mind spins and it won't calm down. When stress and pressure disturbs your daily balance."

- "Generally, anything that is completely new to me is an adventure; A new place, a new person, a new sport or a new expedition. If you can change your mind to that attitude everything turns into something exciting. But physically speaking the adventures I love the most are challenging expeditions in natural surroundings of mountains or oceans."

🔷Why is it important for you to stay fit and healthy?
- "Staying fit and healthy is such a big part of my lifestyle it’s become a natural way of life. If I take care of my body and mind I have enough energy to to the things I want. It makes such a big difference in quality of life when I eat well and do a balanced exercise scheme."

🔷What kind of activities/sports do you do?
- "My favourite sports are freediving, surfing, yoga, kayaking, running, climbing and skiing."

🔷How much time in a week do you dedicate for exercise?
- "I spend about 2-6 hours a day in different activities. A minimum of 2-3 hours of exercise every day!"
