🔷Describe your passion for Yin Yoga?
- "I cannot live without Yin yoga. It is true love for me. Time when you give your soul and your body exactly what it needs at the moment. I work from the inside when creating my classes. I have always a purpose with the class. It can be for example to be safe, listening, playfulness, letting go or paying attention to your feelings. We hold the yin yoga poses for about 5-10 minutes and the participants have their eyes closed in the pose with soft music in the background which is there to support the theme of the class. This gives the participants like an active meditation when they are able to connect with themselves. When holding the poses we work with our fascia. To make it more soft. The older we get the tighter and dryer the fascia becomes. Which can give us pain and stiffness in our body. Working with the fascia is like a love story for your body. We have fascia from top til toe and around all muscles, skeleton, organs, joints and tendons. It is actually the fascia that holds our body. Without the fascia we would fall to pieces. So it is very important so give our fascia love since it has a lot to do with our wellbeing. Yin yoga is very calming and since we have so much yang in our lives today, its more important then ever to make more space for Yin (calmness) inner lives."

- "To live close to my truth and be authentic. And of course that my daughter, friends and family are all well."
🔷 What are you most proud of?
- "I must say that I am most proud of the courage I had when leaving a well-paid high status employment to work with my passion. To be my own and to live closer to my own truth."
