FIT MOTIVATION | MIND & BODY  πŸ’ͺ🏾 Motivation for healthy active lifestyle πŸ™ŒπŸ½ Interviewing successful people 🌟 Personal development & Mindset By @sofiabagenholm

What is that FORCE that makes you PROCRASTINATE so much???😩😩
- It's called RESISTANCE!😈 Fight it!! πŸ‘ŠπŸ½πŸ‘ŠπŸ½

Fitmotivation interviewing Annika SjΓΆΓΆ @Annikasjoo81 πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸŒŸ #1/2 . πŸ”ΈAnnika SjΓΆΓΆ is a Swedish woman who quit her job and followed her passion. Since then she's been unstoppable... Winner of "Let's Dance"πŸ’ƒπŸ½, Nutritional Advisor, Writer of cookbooksπŸ₯— and trainingbooksπŸ‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈ, Podcaster & Television host for "You are what you eat" 🌟 . πŸ”ΉWhat did the years as a dancer teach you? - "I started to dance when I was 9 and it was love at first sight! I started to compete in latinamerican and ballroom dancing and together with my dancepartner Daniel da Silva I won the Swedish 10-dance championship two years in a row. I have so many good memories from my time as an active dancer and I really learned discipline and to work hard to achieve your goals."
. πŸ”ΉWhat started your passion for health? - "I think I was born with a passion for health and even though it’s been such an experience to be a dancer and participate in let’s dance, I’ve always had a bigger dream than to dance in television! I wanted to work with health/training/nutrition in a TV concept."
. πŸ”ΉWhat are you most proud of? - "My family and my son, but also everything I’ve achieved in my career!"
Thank you @Annikasjoo81 βœ¨πŸ’—

Anyone else guilty??πŸ˜³πŸ™‹πŸ½ .
I do this all the timeπŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ, writing the to-do-lists, setting goals and piling up the "Should do that-things"...
And it's tricky because I LOVE planning and reaching goals πŸ’ͺ🏽🌟 but I need to REMIND myself of how I work.☝🏽 I too often, too easily, plan too much and forget to "plan"/take rest, relax, fun and just-being-ME-times. .
Balance is super important!! .
Because when we schedule TOO MUCH - the things we actually WANT to do - start to feel like things we "SHOULD" and "MUST" do - and that is a much heavier feeling right?? - Causing RESISTANCE instead of MOTIVATION! 😟
So be easy on yourself!
Instead of building stress - how do you find YOUR BALANCE? How much TIME do you need to reload? And can you do all the things you want in a state of joy, bliss and love instead of struggle?πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—

True right?? πŸ˜‰

Never let fear stop you from doing something you want/ trying something new/ reaching your full potential! πŸ’ͺ🏽❀️

If you ever felt ashamed of your body or something you ate -> Remember:
You were born PERFECT.
Babies are not ashamed of crying for hours or pooping in diapers.
Babies know they are loved and perfect.
But somewhere growing up we forget.
Whatever you feel or have felt ashamed of - society is the one to blame!
When you look at everything in the world - it's all made up!!
Money, countries and iphones - it's all invented!
Body ideals are also invented.
And body ideals change depending on where in the world you are!
I believe by ditching all the shame of being "wrong" - we can FEEL right!!
By feeling that we are enough and beautiful it becomes easier to live healthy.
You want to eat nutritious and move your body because you love it!❀️❀️
Depriving yourself of food and punishing yourself with exercises you don't like will never work long term! ---
Let's all live shamelessly!!πŸ’ƒπŸ½β€οΈπŸŽ‰
Let us not feel shame just because someone put it on us!
Let that shit go!
Let us all treat ourselves right!
We all have flaws and that is what makes us amazing human beings. πŸ’ͺπŸΎπŸŒŸπŸ¦„πŸŒˆ

Raw honest personal reflections:
I feel and have felt so increadibly much SHAME in my life. * When I was a kid and looked at models in magazines I felt wrong because I knew I would never look like that.
* Not being skinny like others and have a bigger butt made me feel wrong.
* When I was sick in bulimia I felt shame when eating too many calories * When I was teenager and had acne I felt extreme shame.
* Then, just thinking of walking around in bikini made me feel shame.
* NOW if someone question me for eating something I take it very personally.
* Eating too much or "wrong" food can remind me of those days and make me re-live those old emotions of shame.
* Having bad skin still makes me feel bad.
Please share a comment!πŸ’— Have you been or are you still often in situations where someone or some people make you feel bad about your body or way of eating? πŸ‘Ώ
Does some kind of food make you feel ashamed?
Or certain amounts of food?
I believe by acknowledging and letting emotions out it's easier to replace bad feelings with new better ones!πŸ’ͺπŸΎπŸ’—πŸ’—
