In Part 1 (posted Friday 7/14), Jhonphilipp set up the push-up, focusing on assessing the active range of motion of the wrist and providing a modification (with props) if limited wrist mobility makes proper push-up form inaccessible without uncomfortable stress on the wrist and/or shoulder joints. In Part 2 (released Monday, 7/17/17), Jhonphilipp provided tips on creating core strength to conquer the push-up. In today's finale, Jhonphilipp creates a perfect push-up repetition, focusing on deceleration at each end of the range of motion to protect the joints.
