Did you wake up this morning and criticize the way you look? Or were the first words out of your mouth "I love who I am"? I know that my strongest #lovelanguage is words of affirmation, and so I give that to myself every day. It sounds cheesy but giving yourself a complement first thing in the morning sets your day up to be a more positive one, and I'm sure we could all use more of those!

When you haven't trained quads in six months but they always steal the show ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ Macro tracking this week has taken a back seat, but workouts have been LIT. Using this off-season to grow my ๐Ÿ‘ and my shoulders. I'm also taking the off-season to really focus on my metabolism and my health. I've got a couple of relatively health things that are my priority to get sorted out right now. Just a reminder that health should always be your first priority, don't neglect what your body is trying to tell you.

Giving myself the week to post pictures from this weekend because I'm proud AF of what I achieved. HOWEVER, I will not slip into comparison mode and constantly post pictures where I was stage lean. Staying stage lean year round is not something I strive for nor is it really something that is healthy whatsoever to maintain, especially for a female. If you somehow find inspiration from any part of what I do, I hope that you are inspired by the work ethic, and less by the physique itself. It's nice to have abs, but it is less about that and more about setting a goal and going after it with everything you have. There is a season for everything and right now my season is to focus more on growing my online coaching business and a few other ventures. #ghostlifestyle #beseen #bealegend
