Only had 50mins to workout today so did a bit of a higher paced workout!!! This Superset got me sweating so hard๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿ’ฆ

Growing 'dem wings๐Ÿฆ‡๐Ÿฆ‡
Haven't done this exercise in a while because it was irritating my rotator cuff but I finally figured out that if I go slower,more controlled,and with less weight and more reps then it's fine๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ‘ Make sure to squeeze all your muscles at the bottom of the movement(you should be able to feel your upper and mid back muscles fired up๐Ÿ”ฅ). At the top of the movement, keep the tension but also allow the muscles to stretch(weird combination that takes some focus but damn it works๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป). I did 4x12-15 :

Review time!!!๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
So I finally got my hands on these a couple days ago at yo girl's local Fry's!! They were $5.99 each,which I found to be a little pricy for such tiny pizzas but I mean all protein items are expensive so...๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
There's 2 ways to cook them,in the microwave or in the oven and to make them crispier you can put them on the stove for a few minutes after cooking. Since I was starving I went ahead and cooked the pepperoni one in the microwave and then put it on the stove top to make it crunchier.
I was a little worried at first when I pulled it out of the microwave because it was a bit soggy and left a puddle of water behind after removing it but once it was cooked on the stove, the crust became nice and crunchy.
Overall I give it a 7/10โœ”๏ธbecause although it was good it wasn't exactly "a pizza." The crust was definitely made of chicken and that taste came through a bit and it was also a bit softer than normal pizza crust but I guess all of that should be expected. The cheese,tomato sauce, and pepperoni were very good though and definitely made it taste pretty damn close to a normal pizza. If it weren't for the slight chicken taste coming through, I could've easily mistaken it for a regular ๐Ÿ• It was overalls pretty good and even my sis liked it(and she's not into protein stuff or working out haha). I haven't tried the supreme yet but I'm sure it will taste very similar since it has just a few extra toppings but is otherwise the same as the pepperoni one.
I'd say give them a try because they are good but just know they will never replace real pizza๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

Came up with two new variations on bicep curls and triceps pushdowns!!!! These feel far more effective than the normal rope bicep curls and rope tricep extensions/pushdowns!!! The fitness industry is made of perfectionists. We all strive to be the best, to be inspiring, to be motivating, and to change the world. Most of us are pretty driven. We do what we have to do to get what we want. We are self motivators. We always want to be better than we were yesterday. We always want to improve. This is a powerful thing. This is what makes so many of us successful or puts us on the right track for success. This drive brings us together but it also tears us apart.
So many of us get caught up in it and end up putting ourselves or others on a pedestal. We either think we are the best or are working to be better than others. How many times have you seen one post on someone's page, then seen almost the exact same thing on another's page or maybe even you felt the need to post something just like it on your own page? So many of us copy what worked for someone else because we know "we can do it better." It ends up sounding repetitive and boring but we do it anyway because ours may not be the first of its kind, but you can be damn sure it is better. This thought process only hurts us. It prevents us from thinking for ourselves and from doing our own thing. It introduces competition into all our lives, therefore preventing us from truly helping others.
We all believe there can only be one whom is "perfect" and "the best" in this world,but No that is Not the case. We all can be Our Own Best and that is what we should be striving for, not The Best. :

Quick chest Superset for ya!!! Every single girl on IG talks about how chest is important for a well rounded physique so I'm not going to go into all that. All I have to say is that yes it is important and that it helps with delt development.

Superset: 4 sets(wait now that I've written this I'm starting to question whether this is a Superset since 1 rep is the 2 exercises hahaha๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜…)
โž•1 rep is both of these exercises, you have 10 of them
โœ–๏ธDB press(keep your elbows slightly forward so that there's no possibility for shoulder injury)โžก๏ธDB Fly
โž•Do all 10(so 10 of each exercise), then take a 45-60sec rest and do it 3 more times,resting in between sets

Alright so I'm trying sumo deadlifts again!!! Last time I did these they felt unnatural and awkward for my body but I don't think I could ever get the form down right. So if you all could give me pointers I'd be very grateful๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ’•

Went out to lunch today at MOD pizza and damn it was good.๐Ÿ˜‹ 6" with mozzarella,mushrooms,chicken,red sauce,and spinach!! I used to be so afraid of eating pizza and sometimes I still sort of am but it's just food. Not bad food,not good food,just food. ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ•

โ€ขConventional Deadlifts: warmup 2 sets of 10,(I was upping the weight and working up to my 1 rep max)1x8,1x7,4x5, 2x3,1x1 at 175lbs(PR๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰)
โ€ข5x6 of 3/4 squats
โ€ข Tri-set: 3 sets
- Stationary lunges(with barbell):12 reps per leg
- Overhead Plate lunges: 20 reps(10 per leg)
- Pulsing Squats: 12 reps
โ€ขSuperset: 3 sets
- Weighted Jumping Lunges: 20 reps(10 per leg)
- Weighted Jumping Squats: 10 reps
โ€ข Superset: 4 sets
- DB Calve Raises: 25 forward,25 in, 25 out
- Bodyweight Step up to kickback: 15 reps per leg

Late night thoughts:
The common idea is "Don't look back,look forward and move on because the past doesn't define you." But I care to disagree.
Each and every one of us has a past. At some point this exact moment in which I am writing this will be the past. Should i just not look back on this moment ever again? I know the common idea is to forget only the failures of our lives but leave the happy notes to look back on but that is not wise nor attainable. How easy is it for you to forget all your mistakes? Nearly impossible, right? Well I believe that is for a reason. We are NOT meant to forget our mistakes. We are meant to LEARN from them. Putting the past in the past will only make future mishaps possible. Instead of moving on and forgetting, we should be moving on and remembering. And besides, would you be who you are today without your past mistakes?
