Still ill and under going treatment in hospital so I apologise as classes & training are cancelled again this week sadly. I'm so so sorry I have been so unwell. Fighting like a girl to be back to full health soon! Miss vibing with my squat squad!

These waffles are brunch goals! Literally why would anyone eat anything besides breakfast food?! 😜⠀
* 2/3 cup almond butter ⠀
* 2 eggs⠀
* 1/2 banana ⠀
* 1/4 Tsp almond extract⠀
* 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil⠀
* 1/3 cup almond milk⠀
* 1 Tbsp coconut flour⠀
* 1/2 Tsp baking soda⠀
* 1 Tsp cinnamon⠀

Preheat waffle maker ⠀
Whisk up almond butter, eggs, banana, coconut oil & almond milk ⠀
Stir in coconut flour, baking soda & cinnamon⠀
Spoon batter into waffle maker & cook until waffles are golden brown & slightly crispy on the outside. ⠀
Pimp with yumminess!! ⠀

Flexi Tips: When to streeeeetch⠀
Pre workout: Before any workout always excite the muscles with a dynamic warm up to increase the blood circulation to the muscles and joints, helping to prevent injury. ⠀
Post workout: Static stretching after a workout will give you the most flexibility progression! It also reduces lactic acid build up in the muscles & DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) that ache you feel the next day after working out to aid recovery! Bonus!⠀

* 1 cup frozen raspberries⠀
* 10 medjool dates, seeds removed⠀
* 1 cup raw cashews⠀
* 2 cups desiccated coconut⠀
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract⠀
* pinch of salt⠀
Whizz it up!⠀
Roll in to balls of bliss!⠀
Roll some of your balls in cacao & cover others in melted dark chocolate! ⠀
Place in the fridge to set if you can resist demolishing them all in one go! ⠀

I'm so so sorry I have been so unwell. I really hope I'm back to full health soon! I miss dancing & training with you all so much! I also wanted to say a MAHOOSIVE thank you for all your well wishes, lovely messages, flowers, cards & pressies! They mean the world! Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Being sick sucks but all your love means so much and has put a huge smile on my face! I promise to be back shaking my booty soon!! Keep dancing, smiling & squatting! Stay healthy and happy!
