✨💎@dariborun💎✨  I’m a Mom of @virsaviya_art_heart 💗 Inspirational motivator,Christian ✝️ personal trainer #FitThickRiri aka @dariborun creative person 🙌🏻 DM for AD

I’m so in love with the healthy life style. I don’t believe in magic pills that will get you slim and strong without your hard work. I don’t believe in destroying my body with unhealthy habits ❌ I do believe in power of nature✊🏽 I believe in my inter strength and strength of everything that God created 🙌🏻 I love herbs, green tea, seeds, nuts veggies and fruits. I’m not s vegan though. I do believe in power of plants, trees, precious metals like silver and earth stones.I don’t believe in magic and words like «oh drink/wear/smell this because it’s can clean your karma or it will give you confidence and will open your third eye” I just believe that everything Jesus gave us we can use for our benefits so earth minerals to me it’s something I can use for my heath benefits. One of my latest experiences was this Chrystal bottle @qt.foryou that you see on my picture. I mentioned on my main page @dariborun like a month ago that I started drinking water from it and I couldn’t wait to share my opinion with you guys. I have a smoky quartz Chrystal in my bottle, so I can actually drink a sink water without filtering it because of the quartz anti bacterial qualities. I was so in love with it that I got a black obsidian bottle for my husband @erv_i_am and a purple amethyst for my daughter @virsaviya_art_heart they both enjoying it and drink from it every day. As the caption’s size is limited here I will post more details later on my @dariborun page. But for now you can go to @qt.foryou page to look for more information on your own. Stay healthy stay blessed 🙏🏾🙌🏻✝️✊🏽 #crystal #internalcosmetics #earthstones #earthminerals #minerals #quarz #smokyquartz #fitthickriri #motherof2 #momof2 #godisgood #ilovejesus

This baby boy @little_prince_ervin_joseph is 17 lbs at 3 months old 🤗 my weight is 121 at 29 years old 😂
my daily walks to the gym and back are continuing 🙌🏻 it’s tough with him but I’m working hard to make it happen and my @bumbleride jogging stroller is helping me a lot 🙏🏾 as I promised I share my opinion about different strollers I used to walk my 7 miles per day. Seriously if you planning to walk fast/run/jog with your baby don’t use a regular stroller because it’s doesn’t feel the same🤦🏼‍♀️
I understand jogging stroller looks big and wheels are huge almost like a car wheels but that’s the point that makes baby and your workout comfortable as much as possible when you go through the grass or sand of rocks ✊🏽 I do recommend this stroller #bumbleride🙌🏻 #joggingstroller #stroller #backtothegym #babyboy #motherof2 #momof2 #healthyliving #mixedbaby #mixedrace #mixedchildren #mixedkids #3monthsold #3months #3monthspostpartum #grateful #godisgood #godisgreat #godisfaithful #ilovejesus #jesuslovesyou

Today went back to my daily walks to the gym and back as I did before pregnancy. It’s 7 miles back and forth. Before the baby I was able to get one way within 50-55 minutes so total a little less than 2 hours of walking and 1 hour of workout in the gym. But with the baby it is really challenging 🤦🏼‍♀️I spent only 30 minutes on my exercise in the gym today but I came back home in 4 hours. Last time I walked to the gym was a year ago so my feet forgot how it is to walk such a long distance plus this little chubby boy @little_prince_ervin_joseph was crying because he never want to stay in the stroller, he always want me to carry him just like you see it in the picture. So yeah I’m happy I made it home 😂🙌🏻 I have my jogging stroller @bumbleride but for now I’m using other strollers to feel the difference on the long distance and fast walking with the different type of pavement in different strollers. I was just really curious to compare.I will share my thoughts soon once I will test everything out 🙌🏻 thank you for following my journey 🙏🏾 stay blessed, stay healthy 💪🏽 #fitmom #motherof2 #momof2 #healthyliving #healthylifestyle #3monthsold #3monthspostpartum #mixedboy #mixedbaby #mixedkids #fitthickriri

It is possible to workout with your own weight while you can’t go to the gym, you can use any additional weights like gallons of water, coconuts, resistance bands or your baby 😅 it is very comfortable also to have your baby laying on the floor using @thebabycomfort and workout next to him/her so the baby won’t be lonely and won’t cry and also this way he/she will be learning how to be active and healthy from the very early age🙌🏻 look at my son @little_prince_ervin_joseph he is working out in his lounger 😂 well ok maybe it’s doesn’t look like it but at least he was very comfortably laying there and laughing while I was jumping around him🥰 couple more weeks left until i will be able to go to the gym every day with him so for now I’m enjoying my beautiful time of outdoor workouts with my kids 🤗

Walking is very good for your health. Try to do around 10k steps a day, and don’t forget to stay hydrated while you do it. I used to walk 8 miles per day 5 times a week to the gym and back and to pickup and drop off @virsaviya_art_heart to the school. for now unfortunately I can’t walk that much but I still walk every day about 2 miles a day and using my son in the baby carrier @babytula like an extra weight😂 In one month I will be able to do my power walk to the gym and back using my jogging stroller @bumbleride that I got when I was pregnant 🤰🏼 I’m so looking forward to do this. So why walking is so good for you ? It’s strengthening your bones, giving more stability, helps maintain weight, gives you a nice cardio. The best thing is to walk outside in all Terran, the hardest thing to walk on is any unstable surface like sand. It’s helps you to balance better and more muscles is working. Walking as any activity lift up your emotional mood. Some studies even showed that daily walking gives you the same improvement in depression or anxiety as prescribed drugs. So why take pills and hurt your body if we can feel better by just walking outdoors? You can do group walk to keep yourself motivated and to not feel lonely. If you live in the warm climate like me please don’t forget to take electrolytes because as you sweating under the sun and from physical activities you might get dehydrated and loose electrolytes with your sweat.Try to make friends with people who like to walk as well to stay motivated by talking to them and encourage them and yourself at the same time. Wear comfortable shoes. For the long distance I always prefer Nike run series to me they are the best but you can do whatever is works for you. Stay healthy, stay blessed 🙏🏾🙌🏻✝️ #motherof2 #momof2 #2monthspostpartum #healthyliving #active #tula #babytula #nodepression #noanxiety #healthylifestyle #godisgood #godisgreat #ilovejesus #jesuslovesyou #fitthickriri

Slowly getting back to your routine is not easy because you have expectations towards your body that unfortunately is not the same at the moment. Every time I go to the gym I want to wear a huge pouch on me with words “don’t judge my body I just had a baby” but in reality I judge myself more than anyone. The truth is no one cares if I gained anything or lost, if I have cellulite on my gluteus or rolls on my sides because the worst judge is always you. It’s very hard to get read of the feel of shame for not able to lift what I could before and for looking not that strong and cut as before. The weight you see is twice lighter than I did before pregnancy. It’s weird to expect from myself to lift same weight after about 10-11 months of pregnancy+postpartum break but I still hear my own judgmental voice in my head “I’m not the same” “don’t judge me...” This is funny how you trying to get in shape but have to fight with the negative thoughts more than with your extra weight and loose skin 🤨 did anyone else experienced that?I just wonder. But any ways muscle memory is a strong thing hopefully stronger than negative thoughts 😄 so once you back to at least some type of activities your muscles will get back to the previous shape and size fairly fast, so just keep on going (taking to myself 😂) and you will get your shape if you believe ✊🏽 #nojudgement #nojudgment #fittgickriri #strong #staystrong #motherof2 #postpartum #backtoshape #7weekspostpartum #gymlife #gym #strongmom #strongmama #influencer

I’m not a vegan but I love veggies so I have been drinking pregnancy and nursing safe plant based protein @tru_supplements I love the fact that I can give even more nutrients to my baby through my milk when I drink this healthy drink🌱👌🏻By the way I enjoyed the yoga today so my skin and muscles getting toned and I can’t wait for my Sunday gym workout. Also I wanted to give you guys some tips on how to start eating healthy. I know it’s difficult to say no to a lot of favorite foods but it’s possible to develop the habit of eating clean by sticking to your healthy diet for 21 day. After 21 day your body will like the taste you didn’t like before and you will totally have this habit to eat what you have been eating for the past 3 weeks. If you will try for example a cake that you haven’t eat for 3 weeks it will taste too sweet and unpleasant for you. But how do you actually start getting rid of your bad habit of eating? Try at first to reduce amount of what you eating so your meal could fit into your palm. Eat every 2 hours. Replace your unhealthy foods one at a time to the healthy similar one. For example instead of the McDonald’s hamburger you can have a home made burger with the multigrain bread and veggies without any dressing. Instead of the dressing you can sprinkle your salad with apple vinegar, put olive oil, salt, pepper or garlic on it. It’s just an example, but you can replace any food you eat on the healthier version💪🏽 Let me know here in comments if you have any questions🤔 stay blessed, stay healthy ✝️🙏🏾🙌🏻 Stroller @cybex_global

With this pounds measurement system I got completely confused🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m so happy I found a prescription from the hospital when I was giving birth which says my weight was 141 it’s about 64 kilos and 2 weeks ago my weight was 125 it’s about 56 kilos . For some reason I thought I didn’t loose nothing when actually I lost a lot and I’m so grateful for that especially when I don’t workout yet but I’m going to start this week but probably only one a week for now since LA fitness able to watch babies in the kids club only at the age of 3 months old. So for now my husband will watch our son on the weekend for couple hours so I can go back slowly even though Im still sore. But some steps have to be done✊🏽 I will take some pictures before I will start my back to shape journey and will share the difference from time to time. God bless y’all and thank you for your love and support #postpartum #onemonthpostpartum #strongmom #motherof2 #momof2 #healthyliving #healthylifestyle #healthy #backtoshape #fitthickriri

Self acceptance is important. It is one of the most important keys to success in your goals. If your goal is to loose 100 lbs but you lost only 5 don’t criticize yourself, be proud of your little step on the way to your healthy life. I know it’s easier said than done but I’m working on it too. Besides that I’m trying to keep myself strong and healthy while I still can’t workout. I try to eat every 2 hours to help my body feel comfortable and do not be stressed from the long gap between meals. Did you know that if you eat every 2-3 hours your metabolism will work faster just because your body won’t be afraid that you won’t feed it anymore. If your body is not afraid to not have the next meal it’s doesn’t have to store as much fat to protect itself in case you will not feed it no more. So when you eat healthy and often you help yourself a lot. Don’t think that if you will eat 1 time a day you will loose weight, well yes and no... Do you really want to loose all your weight and mess up your hair and health over all?then don’t eat. or do you want to get read of some extra fat and be stronger and healthier?in this case you have to eat. Healthy snacks every 2 hours it’s a key for me. Eat a banana instead of French fries, in 2 hours have some nuts or something you can eat without worrying about the allergic reaction. avocado, dried fruits, dried meat or fish, veggie chips, protein bar, drink a protein shake, just make sure it’s a good highly nutritious food but not junk food. You will feel better about yourself once you start doing that. Also do not let people convince you on doing something you don’t feel right! If people around making fun of the way you eat and saying: oh come on you won’t get fat if you will eat a cake just once! just hold on to what you said and what you committed to do for yourself because those people might not understand your goals, how hard it is for you to achieve them and how important it is to stay on your path. Do not let yourself to cheat on your food even 1 time until you achieved your goal, otherwise 1 time can turn into 2 times a week and into every day habit. Accept who you are right now and walk towards your dream with confidence✊🏽

While I’m still recovering after giving birth I still making sure to find a healthy way to do something active. For example walks at the beach or every day taking @virsaviya_art_heart to school without using a car, I just walk with the stroller fast lifting my knees up high, also doing a little yoga, I still weight the same 123-125 it’s little discouraging especially while I’m breastfeeding And I expected to loose some extra fat faster at least because of that... but I will make my workouts more often soon and hope to be at least 110 lbs 🤗 stay healthy, stay positive , stay fit , stay blessed 🙏🏾🙌🏻 #fitthickriri #babyboy #babytula #littleprinceervinjoseph2👑 #ervinjoseph #ad #newborn #motherof2 #momof2 #fitnessmama #fitmom #godisgood #godisfaithful

When you trying to stay fit you need to know that everything is in your hands. I can tell you it’s not easy for me not to eat sweets 🙁 yeah I admit in eating sweets 🍫 because I love them so much. I think if I could eat only chocolate cheese cakes and pistachio ice cream all day and night long that’s exactly what I would do. The problem is when I was working out and wasn’t pregnant it wasn’t noticeable about my sweets cravings just because I was spending so much time on working out but now with my 20 extra pounds and not going to the gym yet oh yes I can tell my skin looks so bad it’s not firm at all, it’s shaking when I walk, it’s has cellulite even on my arms, I lost my strength and Lord I don’t want to see myself like that no more 🥴 the power of exercises is so huge that once you in shape and keep yourself as much active as before you basically can afford some sweets but if you don’t workout you might not gain a lot of weight if genetically you body don’t store much fat, but your shape will never be well made. Skinny legs doesn’t mean well shaped and sculptured muscles, endurance, strength and health. So I encourage you to start or continue your healthy journey even if you don’t see the results yet , and I definitely can’t wait until I will heal completely and my baby will be a little bigger to go to the gym with me 🙌🏻 #fitmom #strongmom #9dayspostpartum #postpartum #newborn #lifeafterpregnancy #babyfat #ijustlovethem #influencer #influencers #staystrong #momof2 #siblings #godisgood #godisgreat #jesuslovesyou #ilovejesus
