I have to be honest, the first couple times I was asked to join my team I was hesitant and did not say yes. Even though I said no, I was still scrolling through and watching everyone’s social media wondering to my self “what if..?” What if I just went for it? I was afraid that I didnt know enough to lead people. I was also afraid of “what if I fail?” I was tired of putting these self imposed restrictions on myself! The last time I was asked I just went for it and said yes, I mean what did I have to lose? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Fast forward to now and I am so happy I put my insecurities and doubts away and said YES! I have gained so much both in fitness and mindset! All of a sudden I wasn’t doing this fitness thing alone, I was apart of a team of like minded women who are so motivating and accepting and we keep each other accountable! It feels good to wear pants that use to be tight on me, that now fit great again! My self confidence feels better than ever! I’ve also dug into more personal development books and podcasts which is something I’ve always wanted to do but have never done it before, thanks to these girls!💕 -

Being part of this team has changed more aspects in my life than I could of imagined. Working on my total self and can’t wait to watch what comes from it😊😊 #GetOutOfYourOwnWay #InvestInYourself

Eating healthy does NOT have to be boring! 😋

People have a common misconception that in order to be healthy, you must stick to the same ol’ chicken rice and broccoli, switch it up with fish every once in a while and consume more eggs than your body will even allow.... NOOO! That’s the fastest way to burn yourself out! -

Focusing on portion size + timing of when you eat + making health conscious decisions (ex. switching rice for cauliflower rice) is 🔑 -

I love being part of my team because we keep each other accountable, and that’s something I’ve always missed! I’ve worked out and been in sports my whole life but I would frequently get burnt out doing the same stuff over & over again! I needed something to change because my results hit a plateau. Sometimes I would be too tired and think “oh I’ll just go tomorrow”. Not anymore! I’m so proud of myself and all of these girls putting in effort and showing up every single day to our fitness boot camps! Whether you want to or not, it’s about SHOWING UP and NEVER GIVING UP!!!! #justdoit

Not only does my team keep me accountable but knowing that I can LITERALLY turn on my TV and get an amazing workout done in 30mins or less is a game changerrrr🙌🏼🔥 -

Worked a golf tournament this morning and of course our team won! It was a beautiful day for some golf!⛳️🏌️‍♀️🏆

Today I got to attend my first event as a coach and meeting this amazing group of women and listening to everyone’s success stories was SOOO MOTIVATING! 💖 I left feeling super pumped about my future in this business and with this team! -

I loved hearing everyone’s stories about why they started coaching and their journey along the way! Whether it was to be healthier, lose weight, gain financial freedom, pay off student loans, etc... everyone had different life stories and different “whys” but at the end of the day we were all there with a common purpose, to live a healthier lifestyle and help others live one too!💪🏼💕

Went for a run now fueling my body the right way! I don’t like to be so strict on myself and count my calories or macros. I find it is much easier to adapt my lifestyle and learn to make conscious decisions on my food choices than to do all the counting.
What’s in my açaí bowl? Açaí, strawberry, blueberry, banana & cashew milk blended together with hempseed granola, strawberries, blueberry, banana and agave nectar😋🍓
What’s in my smoothie? This is their Tumeric Sunrise. It has pineapple, mango, coconut water, lime and tumeric!💛🍍 Tumeric is really good for fighting inflammation!

Learn to enjoy every step of the way because each day you are working to be a better and healthier version of yourself!💪🏼💕 After all, we were not born running... we had to learn how to crawl first, stand on our own, walk and then run! It was a process!! -

I will say, this is not coffee in my coffee cup🙈 It’s organic chicken bone broth and it is soooooo good for you & has 9 grams of protein!! Bone broth is rich in minerals, has collagen which is good for protecting our joints and keeping our skin elastic, and helps with inflammation and as a bonus it supports weight loss!
There is a reason why grandma always gave you soup when you were little and sick! This stuff is soooo good for you! But please don’t be mistaken by regular chicken broth and chicken bone broth, they are VERY different! #NationalPetDay

Nom nom nom😋 This sushi bowl was delicious and super easy to make! Its also super perfect for meal prepping because it’s easy and doesn’t require any cooking except for the cauliflower rice!❤️🍣 The sushi bowl has shrimp, crab, carrots, cucumber, avocado & cauliflower rice. Adding edamame is also good!😍

I recently started a fitness and business journey and even though I was really nervous to start and I wondered if I had what it took to do this, I took a leap of faith and just went ahead and did the damn thing😋🙌🏼 I would scroll through Instagram and watch my mentor along with other coach’s on my team living their best life’s, being happy and healthy, gaining like minded friends, and some were even able to quit their 9-5 jobs. I WANTED TO BE A PART OF THAT!!!! -
