Some morning, light conditioning with kettlebells. Working on switching the hand in fly while snatching. Not feeling comfortable with the movement today. Do you prefere kettlebells for conditioning or pure strength? :-) #kettlebell #conditioning #fitlife #snatch

Circuit training is a great option for conditioning. Today my warriors had really hard job to do. 6 elements, 1:30 of work, 20 sec to change the station, 1 min rest after all 6 excercises and the whole circuit repeated 4 times :-) Good job!

Warming up for the leg work with some dynamic movements always helps to fire the nervous system. But don't think that snatching is the only way to help with this...It is just a movement I like to add to my routine and it is the movement that will hurt you pretty soon if you have any mobility and stability deficiencies. Bez względu na swoje cele, skupcie się w treningu nad wzorcami ruchowymi, a nie mięśniami. Jeśli nie zapomnicie o żadnym z podstawowych wzorców to nie pominiecie również żadnych grup mięśniowych. Czy ja na zdjęciu ćwiczę klatę, tricepsy, przedni akton barków, mięśnie brzucha (m. posturalne), stabilizatory obręczy barkowej....? Poniekąd tak, ale przede wszystkim pracuje nad siłą we wzorcu wypychania (wyciskania) horyzontalnego. Jakie ćwiczenia (jeden wzorzec ruchowy) dodalibyście tutaj aby mieć pewność ze ciało pracuje w sposób zbalansowany?? ☺💪

Whatever your fitness goal is, train movements not muscules. If you train movement patterns you never forget muscules. Do I train my pecs, front delts, triceps, abs, sholder stabilizers...? Kind of, yes. But mostly I work on strength in the exact movement pattern (in this case it is horizontal push (press)). What's the other exercises (one movement pattern) you would add here to ensure your body works in the balanced way?? 💪☺

Pamiętajcie, że w treningu tak jak w życiu, najważniejsza jest równowaga. Maraton można przebiec nie pozbywając się całej masy mięśniowej i nie narażając na poważne kontuzje i przeciążenia. (zdjęcie z roku 2012 – byłem co prawda nieco szczuplejszy, ale te 80kg+ nadal było w stanie pokonać maraton w 3:04 :) [En]
Remember! Your training should be like your life…perfectly balanced. You can run marathon and still maintain quite much muscular mass, stay healthy and injury free.
