Today I will be #fasting because.. Idk I kinda want to since I haven't done it in a while and I found out there are many #benefits ...also I'm trying to lose as much weight as I can, as quickly as I can because I soon leave for England and I'm hoping to get signed๐Ÿ‘Œ #modellife

I may not have earned it as much as he did but yesterday was my CHEAT DAY of the week... I had some M&ms and2 pieces of thin crust pizza. Not too bad, was tastyyy๐Ÿ‘Œ

(BREAKFAST : 2 wheatabix and watermelon) --- (LUNCH: Turkey wrap, subway) --- (DINNER : salad and chicken) --- (GYM : 500cal + abs)

(BREAKFAST : yogurt) --- (LUNCH: ham sandwich, lowfat mayo, one piece bread) --- (DINNER: Sushi) --- snacks were where I went wrong. The peanut butter on Ritz was okay because I counted calories, still not the best but ok... Where I rly fucked up was that I had some lays potato chips.. Not a ton but still.. Can do better
