2 Cups of milk of your choice 1/3 Cup of chia seeds 2 small teaspoons @vitasolptyltd Infinity antioxidant and prebiotic wholefood powder
Sweeten to taste with green stevia or maple syrup Mix all ingredients together and place in the fridge to thicken (can make the night before and leave over night for a quick and easy breakfast)
