My name is Tess van Beurden and I am 27, I am half dutchie and half belgian 🇧🇪🇳🇱
From monday to thursday I live and work in Antwerp (Kapellen) and the rest of the days I live in Amsterdam 🤗
My profession (actually passion) is functional personal trainer 💪
I obtained a NASM (National Association Sports and Medicine) degree after finishing a Hotelmanagment study 🤔
Changed my route in 2015 🔙
6 years ago I weighed over 10kg more than now and never in my life did a squat, I was the cardio type 🏃🏼♀️ I was the type of girl who had NO clue of eating healthy (🍕🥞🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩) but I soon realized that your teenager body is not there to stay, so I needed to work for it 💃🏼 Luckily I did and realized my energy levels changed, bodyfat was dropping,... 🦄
But I went a bit into overdrive in the beginning: *Working out 6 to 7 days a week (all strengthtraining with heavy weights).
* Mealprepped almost every meal.
* Had a little social life since I wanted to control what I ate and what I drank
* Caloriecounted... Soon I realized this was not making me happy 😔
Fortunately I now found a balance between :
*Working out on a regular basis (yes, it also occurs that I don't workout for 2 weeks straight) *Sessions are never longer than 30 minutes
*Eats intuitively most of the time
