Everyone starts somewhere at some point, weather, You are big and a bit to heavy in weight or you wanna add some decent size muscle to ur physique, key thing is to start the process and go with time. Get up and take action.
Never really been a big guy, since I carry small genetics but that doesn't mean anything only means I have to work harder for how i want my physique to look, it may time time and it's a slow process but slow progress is progress.
Picture on right is about 3 years ago with a weight at about ehhhh 170 I believe, no dieting and no tanning lol, pic on left is most recent (taken Saturday) and current weight is about 176lbs feeling good in mass and feeling great.!
Good simple diet and somewhat of tanning lol.
