In my post today, I would like to share my experience of the #faurecia booth.
We have an #impressive booth in the #supplier hall 5 on the #iaa #2017. It looks really pretty with the glasfront and very #fancy with the hologram and the videowall.
The glaspanels in the front are sometimes untransparent and sometimes clear and this is changing from time to time.
Especially the reception desk with the pretty hostesses is an eyecatcher and the fact, that there is a reception desk in the first place.
Why a reception desk? Because this IAA, we restricted the access only to a limited circle of people: #customers and Faurecia #employees .
This might be an arguable fact and we might miss the opportunity to get in touch with the final customer who visits the IAA on the public days.
However, I like the idea very much for two reasons: Customers have this "i am special" feeling and we have the opportunity to show our innovation. They get our undivided attention and this is how it should be in the automotive industry.
Second thought is, that whoever has the #opportunity to visit the booth from our side, gets the same prefered treatment and the "home" feeling on the IAA, that you so deserve for all your hard work.
On the #top level there is a nice #lounge, where you can relax with some snacks and a cold #drink and get in touch with other faurecians.
