A bit of smoothie bowl goodness on your Wednesday morning! So ive been MIA lately because ive been on holidays! Ive been pretty slack with my exercise.. when on holidays my routine goes out the window πŸ˜• Anyways i did make an effort to move my body everyday with a fast paced walk.. pushing a pram up and down hill (thanks doncaster.. hilly part of the world 😩) but thats all i did.. eek!!. I'm keen to restart BBG.. i have exactly 12 weeks until my 30th birthday... and i want to be the fittest and healthiest version of me! Its time to start getting my nutriton and exercise back on track! Anyone else starting #bbg?? #bbggirls #kaylamovement

And relax its Sunday! So guys i get alot of questions about what my fitness was like before starting #bbg.. so working out was non existent once I had my first bub. Life just got in the way and i just didnt make an effort to get my fitness back on track. Before the kids came along i used to play basketball and loved it but i haven't played for years.. then i moved on to playing netball with my besties which was fun but we were hopeless πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.
