TREAT MEAL ALERT 🚨
Protein Packed Pancakes πŸ₯žπŸ₯ž with stewed plums and rhubarb, topped with greek yoghurt πŸ‡πŸ“ Wanna make it at home πŸ‘‡πŸΌ Recipe πŸ“
2 bananas
1 scoop vanilla protein
2 eggs
How πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ 1. Mash bananas with a fork
2. Whisk eggs until yolk and whites are combined
3. Mix both ingredients with protein powder until smooth
4. Heat a fry pan on the stove and pop a lil teaspoon of organic butter or coconut oil in the pan
5. Once hot, pour the mix onto the fry pan and cook the pancake on one side till it flips with ease πŸ€ΈπŸΌβ€β™‚οΈCook the other side till golden brown.
6. Remove and Repeat 🀀🀀🀀
7. Top with whatever you like, or even layer each pancake differently πŸ˜βœ¨πŸŒˆπŸ’•

THE DEADLIFT: Proper Deadlift form starts with the weight on the floor. Pull the bar/kettle bell to your mid-thighs and lock your hips and knees. Return the weight to the floor by moving your hips back while bending your legs and maintaining a neutral spine. Rest a second at the bottom and repeat.

Hmmm... a flourless brownie that tastes better than a normal brownie 😱 πŸ‘‰ CHOC FUDGE & PEANUT BUTTER SWEET POTATO BROWNIE 🀀 recipe by @matty_mnk... INGREDIENTS - 1 serve (200grams) of MNKFood roasted sweet potato side - 60grams coconut flower - 1 egg and 1 egg white - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder - 50grams of peanut butter - 2 tablespoons of honey - 50grams of low fat Greek yogurt - 3 scoops of MAXS 100% whey choc - 1 teaspoon baking powder - 1 tablespoons stevia - 1 handful of dark chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS - Peal the plastic off the sweet potato and put all ingredients in a food processor for 1 min (approx) - Stir in the choc chips and place in a deep baking tray with baking paper - Bake in the oven for 10 mins then allow it to cool for 30mins - Cut Brownies into squares and enjoy with your favourite ice-cream πŸ™Š
