6 weeks ago I was diagnosed with a chronic skin disease. My life began to change immediately, the first weeks I was pretty weak, upset, and I hated everything around me. You start to ask yourself why me, why now. Then you start to think a lot more - everything black turns into color from time to time. Your mind allows you to connect with the disease and you start to believe in your emotions, your body always tries to find a way to communicate with you, with your mind. I’ve started to talk to my body and especially to my emotions. I was crying a lot while doing that. We should allow ourselves to connect. Learn to breath, learn to let go, learn to take your time, learn to love yourself. The most important thing I’ve learned during the last couple of days: it’s ok to be sad, there is nothing weak about it.
