So today after my run, someone came and said to me in a hater fashion: "that's why I don't workout, I get too sweaty." Because i was literally drenched in sweat (no shit I'm sweating, I just ran five miles and change)
But besides the point of all that, it got me thinking on how people use that as an excuse to not work out. Like Seriously? That's your reason? All this shit comes off with a ten minute shower with some soap. It's not like this is occurring while I'm getting groceries or something like that.
You wanna know what you can't wash off? Fat. So I'll take being drenched in sweat over being a fatty any day of the week.
The point of some of this rant is me venting along with a lesson: get sweaty, get so sweaty where it looks like you did the ice bucket challenge. Because it's better to be sweaty while working out than being sweaty because you're fat and are sweating because you walked to your mailbox or opened a jar.
Embrace the sweat culture! 😂😂 #gymselfie
