#TBT (READ ALL OF IT👉🏾): I drew these in the same day on two different mediums.
I have my moods. I get frustrated. Sometimes overworked or simply over it. When everything gets to be too much, I always try and get back to my #why.
Why do I do what I do and where do I want to take this thing? Art can be calming or any positive outlet you may have if it isn't a pencil.
Just find your #peace
This is what happened though:
Started off with my A/C breaking at my spot and I was incredibly hot during the summer in #OKC (like satan's buttcrack in a sauna)
My computer had crashed multiple times that day due to updates (thank you windows) and my comp is basically my livelihood soooo I mean I was beyond freaking out. On top of that I had some personal projects that I couldn't complete that day. I decided I would draw how I felt that very moment while my comp was working; just to digitally vent with my art. I was sweaty, upset, and basically done with any and every failing electronic item in existence.
So then I went for a walk😅 went to a #park and found a nice quiet bench to sit, meditate, and get back to basics. I tried my hand at a #landscape piece of the park trail (and was being extra and used grass to rub/color the paper)... I cooled down and mellowed out and ultimately got back to "work" eventually.
I say alllll that to say this.. We're human
We all have emotions
These emotions vary and as humans we're allowed to acknowledge all of them
We are allowed to feel a certain way but instead of fueling that negative fire, find your focus and cool down, then channel the excess into something positive.
Easier said than done for sure but I just wanted to share some #honest art.🤷🏾♂️ #parkart 🌲#nature
