Isometric exercises are AMAZING when it comes to activation, mind-body connection, muscle strength, getting past a “sticking” point during a movement, and so much more!

Here, we are working all the back muscles that promote better posture and you can literally see how many muscle there are to help keep you standing tall!

In the second video you can watch my back muscles fully activate and change as I am cue’d through a correction.

An Isometric exercise/hold is a type of strength training in which the joint angle and muscle length do not change at all during contraction

a great way (my favorite way) to perk and get the “glute, hammy” separation (when there is a defined lift of the glutes above the hamstrings) is the nordic hamstring exercise

Its easy to be motivated to workout in LA bc its a lifestyle out here.

Its harder to find the motivation in the smaller towns especially, if there isnt a gym near by and you dont have a workout buddy.

I am trying to find creative ways to keep my friends and family in these smaller towns motivated to workout each day.
