If you know David Titmus you’ll know there’s only a few things he loves more than coffee. If you got stuck in an elevator for 24 hours with him, he’d happily talk to you about coffee the whole time! He’s our wealth of coffee knowledge, always learning and determined to improve himself as well as improve our whole team! David is a supervisor in Established and oversees and runs our Brew Better Coffee At Home classes (if you haven’t been, you’ll have to check them out! See our website for dates) as well as tasting, choosing and ordering all the coffee we use in the shop.
When coffee isn’t on his mind he’s usually obsessing over his extremely cute son, Seth and hanging out with his wife Amy. A couple years ago they launched a business @picturebusni - We think it’s awesome and a perfect addition to any party/event or wedding. Check it out!
David’s list of other loves include: all things Liverpool FC, all things Iceland (Amy and he have traveled there every year since they’ve known each other), fancy beer, and barbecues (or really just meat/cooking meat). Having David as part of the team has been a game changer for Established- we’re so grateful to have him, and if you’ve had the pleasure of a chat with him- we’re sure you are too. #allofus

We are immensely proud of how our staff throw themselves into new situations. Jordan, Oisin, David and Chris all competed in the Irish Brewers Cup on Saturday. Coffee competitions are a strange and wonderful world, they act as a great way to challenge yourself and as the old adage goes, you win or you learn. Everyone had a brilliant time on Saturday at @bailiescoffee and loved being round so many great people. That is what it’s really all about, building relationships and thankfully that’s something these guys are great at.
Thank you to @lacabracoffee, @colonnacoffee, @bonanzacoffee for working to supply some incredible coffees. Also to @hariouk, who helped provide brewing equipment.

Lastly, a huge congratulations to Aliona @ba.brew.shka of @proper_order_coffee_co who is our Irish Brewers Cup Champion 2018!
