Erin Williams  Fifth generation in big sky country, and grateful.

Utah is HOT [and] pink right now, but about a hundred raindrops hit my skin yesterday. The air became cool and sweet. I’ll make it.

Morning glow getting you back in rhythm.

Don’t get me wrong, I love being able to study the human body, but it feels so good to get out of the cadaver lab and move my body.

I can still smell this June lupine.

They hail from Missoula, MT, are now ranked third overall in the country, and always number one in my heart.

The Bighorn 50k, cool, misty, blanketed in lupine, with high alpine smells of sweet pine and prairie sage, roaring canyon river, pillars of rock, pounds of mud that held on for the ride, and good friends at the end of the trail. The day was a bonus to all the miles put in, and a stoke reboot to go get some more.

Happy dads day to the guy who created and cultivated the importance to be dually connected to strength and wildness—and now continues to show up on my selfish acts of running many miles through the mountains and gives me just what I need, pickles. 📷: @jahrig

Trying on those Wasatch views.

Got us some of those salt water blues.

Maybe most of you know, which is cool, but here it goes viral world,

I get to be a physical therapist.
Time to climb some more big mountains, and do as Bob Hayes put it, when he did something in a particularly hard (rewarding) way, ‘one foot in front of the other.’

Thanks for following me, thanks for leading. So glad to get to celebrate you today. I think you’re breaking in 28 just right. Love you.

One of the best treasures out on the trail, Prairie crocus (Pasqueflower).
