Haven't had the off-season I planned on having, but I think it's only going to make me stronger in the end! Getting my motivation back and setting new goals! I want to demolish this girl 👊🏼

#thickerthursday because #gainingweightiscool left photo is the day before my show and right is from this past Saturday for check-ins with coach! Almost 2 months post-show, still in a small #reversediet and I have to say I'm pretty proud of how well I've done. I was extremely fearful that after my show I wouldn't stick to my reverse and gain my weight back along with a lot of unnecessary body fat. I haven't been perfect, but I've been pretty consistent for the most part. There's an 8 pound difference between these photos! & emojis because prep face is real, but both happy faces because I love both physiques! 🤗

My goal was 4 miles and I got 7!!!! My time wasn't the greatest, but considering this was only my 2nd long distance run/jog since I broke my ankle last May (2016) I have to say I'm pretty proud! And the best part is I ran because I WANTED to, not because I had to or because it was part of prep. My coach told me a couple months ago "the body goes where the mind goes" and it has stuck with me ever since. We have some big plans for the next couple months 💪🏼🏆

Happy birthday to my real life kardashian, momma to be and one of the best friends I've ever had! Seems like yesterday we were falling down in the back of trucks with no care in the world (had to post the video before Kimber gets here 😉) and now we're adulting and you're expecting your first child! I'm so blessed with our friendship and look forward to all the memories we've yet to make. Love you bunches! 💛😘👯
