Day 1. Lots of rain, a total mission to Yayoi Kusama's (slightly disappointing) new dedicated museum, lots of trains and the complete win of staying in Shimo-kitazawa where everything is delicious, vintage shops are A+++ and all the people look cool enough to be on Terrace House #marloweisbiginjapan
Happiness is: battling through the Tokyo 7am peak hour with partner who has a bung leg, kinda coping toddler and not that much but holy shit it feels like a lot of luggage, then aborting mission for a classic Japanese taxi experience in which Marlowe received his first treat from a stranger and we were dropped at the NQR location. WE MADE IT!!! #marloweisbiginjapan
Ahhhhhh. Sunshine and child dropped off at new daycare with the least amount of tears in the past 3 weeks and huge ideas from yesterday's #festivalofqs floating back to me, such as Lauren Mother Fkn Duca's "If you live with privilege then equity feels like oppression." Phew.
