We did this at our Roll and Release Class @tenthgateyogaportsmouth this morning! It was a big hit! Please remember not to roll on tendons ligaments bones bruises or open wounds. You are in charge of the pressure “a tolerable discomfort”. 1️⃣ stack balls on either side of right thigh just above the knee
2️⃣ connect the balls to your Vastus lateralis & medialis
3️⃣ use a block to stabilize the inner thigh ball
4️⃣ take a few deep breathes to allow your thigh to accommodate the balls in compression
5️⃣ you can add movement by bending and extending the bottom leg
6️⃣ switch sides and

I set up in front of my bar in case I lost balance (which I did after about 10 seconds). I have a kneeling pad between me and the Equalizer for comfort! Something to strive towards. The Thoracic Spine and our rib cage is essential for protecting our internal organs however the region of the spine can become very congested due to our sedentary lifestyle and poor posture.
Table Twist to the rescue!
1️⃣ Table top position knees under hips wrists under shoulders
2️⃣ keep the neck neutral with the rest of the spine gaze down the nose
3️⃣ brace the anterior core
4️⃣ place heel of right hand behind right ear
5️⃣ inhale and draw right elbow towards the ceiling
6️⃣ exhale come back to start position
7️⃣ Repeat 4-5x switch sides
Tips
✅ move with your breath
✅ hips stay square to the mat we are NOT twisting from the lumbar lower back area!

1️⃣ you have to be under the anchor point to do this exercise
2️⃣ neutral spine chin slightly tucked
3️⃣ hips in line with shoulders knees engage the glutes
4️⃣ exhale as you row up inhale back to start position
Trainer tips
1️⃣ keep hips elevated
2️⃣ keep the shoulders in neutral position at the end phase try not to protract the shoulders
Count how many you get out in one minute!
