What changed between these two photos
The girl on the left was a cardio bunny. Whose sole focus was on getting smaller, with that being said I was always feeling lethargic and weak. Simply walking up and down stairs was hard, and carrying a gallon of milk took a godly amount of strength
To the girl on the right whose sole focus right now is to grow
I have muscles, fat, loose skin, good days/ bad days just like anyone else
Today I feel strong and have more energy then I know what to do with
and that didn't happen over night
This isn't about what looks better, i love myself no matter what size I fit in - you should too๐Ÿ’•
- love yourself no matter what stage you may be on your journey- and learn to enjoy the process, because once you have learned to do that then you pretty much already won

should gradually prepare the body for exercises by increasing the heart rate and circulation; this will loosen the joints and increase blood flow to the muscles. Stretching the muscles prepares them for physical activity and prevents injuries. Some people need more muscle activation then others: most people will have a more dominate side or dominate muscle group. Your warm up should be specific to the one muscle group you are trying to target. I love curtesy lunges & crab walks for my leg days.
