I NEED HELP!!!!!! Since Christmas I have been struggling to get back on it. I have no motivation at all. I have gained weight and cry about it but even that doesn't get me back into the healthy mind set. I need some tips or advice because I want this so bad but I just don't know how to get back on it

Quest bars are the best thing ever omg!!!!! Just tried the cookies and cream one, half in the microwave and half as it is. It was delicious. Can't wait to buy some more. I definitely recommend them!!!

I know it's been a while but I'm back! Having an early dinner tonight because of work. Also I was wondering if someone could help me. I have gone back to tracking what I eat and it gives me a limit of what I need to eat. With the sugars I am way over, but only because I have at least 3 pieces a day. Should I try and cut it out or is it okay that I'm over my limit because it's fruit?

I'm going on holiday next week and feel like I'm going to struggle to eat healthy. I've worked so heard there past few months and don't want to ruin it all, so I was wondering whether anyone had any advice/tips to help me whilst I'm away? πŸ’—

Today's been one of those days 😞 jacket potato and beans is one of my favourite meals so I had to cheer myself up 😊

Bit of a strange dinner, originally I was going to have carrot and pea soup but didn't fancy it. Instead having the veg on its own with 2 small jacket potatoes πŸ™Š

My breakfast today was the same as yesterday. Lunch: fruit smoothie which consisted of a mix of berries, an apple and a little bit of orange juice & grapes ❄️

Dinner: got to admit it doesn't look the nicest but it tastes good. 4 egg omelette (2 whole, 2 whites), sweet potato and burnt carrot chips πŸ˜‹ I also had some raisins and a small glass of orange juice earlier 😊

Day 12 complete. The hardest workout so far, definitely made me work hard! πŸ’ͺ

Lunch: 2 slices of gluten free bread with salmon spread and a bowl of apple and grapes

Breakfast: Special K, a large orange and green tea
